3 bedroom ranch style home in the Long Pond section of Yarmouth that will meet all of your vacation needs. Recently remodeled kitchen and bath. This house has comfortable sleeping for 6, full bathroom, cathedral ceiling w/fan in living room, ceiling fans in bedrooms and sunroom, central A/C, washer/dryer in basement, 3 season breeze way, and free wireless. There is a large, private backyard that is partially fenced. A great patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Large outdoor shower, which is perfect after a long day at the beach! Nice walking neighborhood, close to bike trail, easy drive to public golf (Bass River, Bayberry Hills and others), ocean beaches (2.5 miles to the popular West Dennis Beach!) and Long Pond. Walk to Dennis/Yarmouth HS for Cape Cod Baseball league games. Small, well-behaved dogs will be considered without additional fees.

Please respect our family home. If any parties are held, the police will be called and you will be evicted without refund. For each guest over the limit, a fee of $100 a night will be charged. There is an outdoor security camera, but there are no indoor cameras for your privacy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. It was cozy and inviting and just what we needed for our Cape vacation. It is centrally located and we were able to easily access all of our favorite spots across Yarmouth, Dennis, Harwich, and Hyannis. The home itself had plenty of room and was comfortable for our family of five plus a set of grandparents who visited. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with check in information. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Great spot for families with small children and a dog!

My family had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The open layout was perfect for keeping an eye on our small children. We enjoyed spending time on the outdoor patio with our dog. Shamus was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Great vacation home Very nice house private yard. Great walking neighborhood and nice neighbors. Plenty of room and amenities. Love having the bikes to ride and extra tvs. Easy walk to Cape Cod baseball games and short drive to restaurants and grocery store and beaches.

Quiet & private

We had a lovely stay at Shamus’ home. Quiet neighborhood and fenced in back yard was great for our kids. Good sized rooms and comfortable mattresses, although creaky. Great outdoor shower and “bonus” space on the porch was perfect for the kids and stayed cool at night. We used the beach chairs daily. The house was clean as one would expect for a pet friendly home.

My family and I loved the house...it was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The new outdoor shower is fabulous and the large backyard was perfect for my kids! The house felt spacious and the number of rooms and beds was perfect for us. The neighborhood is great...close to stores, gas stations, Dunkin Donuts (very important), but also close to our favorite beaches (W.Dennis and Seagull). Yarmouth is a great central location, especially for kids! The free baseball games at the nearby high school is a great feature, too! This was, hands down, the best house we've rented at the Cape!

Relaxing Week at the Beach

We had a great week down the Cape and enjoyed our stay. The washer and dryer were in the basement which was a bit of a pain to get downstairs, and they were older which required running the dryer 2-3 times to get things to dry. This meant more trips down the creaky staircase. Other than that and a bees nest in the siding to the outside (dog got stung), the house was clean and ready for us. We did have to go out and buy toilet paper and paper towels while we were there and there was only 2 of us using toilet paper. These are the reasons I rated a 4 instead of a 5. Otherwise I recommend.

Fantastic rental property!

We just returned from a weeks stay here. The property is as described and actually more spacious than the pictures make it out to be! The house was very clean upon our arrival and is nicely decorated in typical Cape Cod fashion. Having the extra den room was great for teenagers to have a spot to play xbox during some rainy down time without taking up the whole living room. Check in was easy with use of a lock box. Shamus the owner is extremely responsive. He communicated everything we needed to know prior to our trip. We told him about a minor issue with the grill and he took care of the same day! The kitchen is very well stocked with all cookware you would need, including a crockpot. For us the location is ideal, quiet neighborhood but short drive to many great beaches, restaurants, golf courses, mini golf, go karts and and hour from Provincetown. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks Shamus!

Nice Getaway

It was a great time with my family. The house is spacious, and very close to the beach/shopping/entertainment. Nice neighborhood for a walk. If these is one complaint, I’d say the grill should be replaced. Otherwise, it was a fantastic week.

House was much roomier than it appears in listing photos. Only minor issue was no pantry for groceries. Due to my longer than average stay, I used top of fridge for storage. Minor inconvenience.

Very quiet neighborhood, good for walking and biking. Very close to all main roads, beaches, shopping etc. Nice fenced in yard, which was great with 2 small dogs. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed at our vacation home from 9/1 - 9/29/18. Home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen items & blankets (you will only need to bring sheets & towels).
