Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation for up to 6 people.<br>Surrounded by forest and meadows, while being located between 2 villages offering all amenities, our 18th century house has been completely renovated and restored taking into account the original style and seeking to combine modern comfort and respect for the environment.<br>The accommodation is located 8 minutes from the motorway exit and the Terra Botanica park, but also 20 ́ from the Place du Ralliement in Angers.<br>The accommodation<br>We have sought as much authenticity as possible in our renovation. You will find exposed stone walls, original doors, exposed beams. Local materials have been favoured: slate, wood and tufa in particular.<br>We have also tried to use as many eco-responsible materials as possible, using wood wool for insulation, clay pebbles in the lightened screeds on the floors instead of traditional polystyrene, heating is done by heat pump, we have installed photovoltaic panels and also a rainwater recovery tank...<br>So if you are sensitive to the charm of the old without sacrificing modern comfort, and the choice of materials is also important for you, you should feel good here. In any case, this is what we were looking for in this refurbishment, at each of its stages.<br><br>Because going on a weekend or holiday does not mean in our eyes, compromising on your sleep, because we have too often been disappointed ourselves with the bedding offered in rentals, hotels, or other holiday places, we have chosen to offer superior quality, new bedding. The 2-seater beds are 160 cm.<br><br>On the ground floor: You will have a living room with kitchen open to the living room including an original freestone fireplace, functional.<br>Underfloor heating will provide you with gentle comfort during the winter months.<br>A small bedroom has 2 single beds.<br>A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet will complete this level.<br><br>1st floor: a large and very chic bedroom with high ceilings, exposed beams, fireplace (condemned), 2 large fitted cupboards, one of which offers a safe. The bedroom is bathed in light from morning to evening thanks to its double exposure.<br>A 160 bed is available. New bedding.<br>A separate bathroom with toilet is available for this room. It also has a walk-in shower.<br><br>2nd floor: another large bedroom is available and can accommodate 2 people in a 160 bed. Incredibly charming with its exposed framework, and its double exposure, it will make you feel in a very warm little cocoon. An en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and toilet will bring you maximum pleasure.<br><br>If you come with your family with baby, do not hesitate to let us know as soon as you book in order to offer you all the equipment you need: high chair (bloom) that can be cosy, baby bed, travel cot, booster seat etc... if we can, we will do our best for your comfort and that of your children.<br><br>We do not accept pets because we have dogs and horses/ponies ourselves, so we want to preserve the safety and calm of the place.<br>Traveller access<br>The accommodation is completely independent and you will therefore access it independently<br>Other remarks<br>We have horses/ponies (4) on site. We will be happy to introduce them to you.<br>Our dog completes all this little world. She is of an extraordinary kindness. You will surely meet her when you come. And if you are afraid of her, we will keep her close to us without worry. Tell us and it will be respected!
