This lovely 1950s cottage is nestled between the ocean and the Folly River right in the middle of The world-famous "Washout." The home has beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean, river and marsh. Relax on the screened porch overlooking the marsh or sunbathe on the rooftop deck with views for days!
This 2 bedroom cottage lies directly across the street from the most popular surf spot in Charleston, which provides no shortage of entertainment while watching surfers ride the waves. The home is also just a short golf cart ride away from all the shops and entertainment that Center Street has to offer!

Great location. No issues. One thing that would make this property better is an outside grill. Other than that it was perfect.

Perfect spot!

My husband and I came to Folly Beach for the first time! We loved the location of the house as we are more into quiet and calm rather than the hustle and bustle of town! This was the perfect spot for us! The beach right out front and marsh in the back. The cottage was the coziest and perfect house for us! We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Great location and Great cottage

What a wonderful time we had! The cottage was perfect for my husband and myself. We loved the rooftop area and screened in porch. Most of our time, when not walking on the beach, was in one of these. Check in and out was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
