We are excited to share our newly remodeled home with you! The house is stylish, bright, airy, yet comfortable and clean. With over 2,200 SQFT, one story, no stairs inside living space, we provide a lot of indoor/outdoor amenities such as:

•Game room with a 12-foot-long shuffleboard table

•Work-from-home desk with monitor and fast-speed internet
•Central AC for both cooling and heating
•Access to garage parking
•Fresh liens, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner
•Newly remodeled kitchen with brand new appliances
•Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea pods

The house is also centrally located in the City of Las Vegas. The neighborhood itself is Private, Safe, and Family-Friendly. However, there are a plenty of supermarkets and restaurants that are only a few minutes drive away.

- No events allowed
- No smoking inside allowed; guest can however smoking in the backyard
- House can comfortably host up to 8 guests. We charge additional guest fees after 6 people; $20 per guest per night for each after 6 guests

Pet Policy:
We have decided to open up our house to the lovely fur babies!! Up to 2 pets are welcome to stay. $80 each pet each trip will be charged. Please always pick up after them. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if guests fail to do so.

- THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Parties, events, or large unruly gatherings are NOT permitted.
- No loud music, shouting, or excess noise outside, including backyard, patio. Quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Only up to 4 parking spaces are provided. 2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway. No street parking is permitted.
- There is an interactive doorbell with camera, a security camera facing the driveway, and a security camera facing the outdoor patio for security purpose only. Guests can view live feed of security cameras on the TV.

The vacation home was spotlessly clean with lots of space for 5 adults. The beds were super comfy. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils and condiments. Great communication with Jia.The pool could do with a little bit of attention but didnt' spoil our use if it . Would definitely recommend

The property was fine, it was not as fresh as the pictures and I felt that the floors and pool were dirty. My feet were black from walking inside the house and I didn't use the pool because it was green. For the price, I expected more. Everything else provided was satisfactory.

Great location

The home is located within 15 minutes of most attractions and shopping needs. It's located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious with plenty of room for six adults. The home is somewhat dated but kept clean and the appliances and bathrooms have been updated. The only downside was that the pool was poorly maintained. One of reasons i rented this home was because of the pool and it was so neglected that I couldn't swim in it.

It was a big space to accommodate our party of 5. Close enough to the strip (recommend taking taxi and not uber). They had lots of essentials available which was nice. Also available is shampoo, conditioner and even pods to do laundry. We were thankful as we had forgot a pod, we did one load and it was very much appreciated.

Great house, nicely remodeled. Convenient location to all the activities we wanted to do. My kids loved the pool! The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Only downside is that it’s right off a busy street, so it was a little noisy.

Modern vacation getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is modern, clean and centrally located. The host Jia anticipates your needs and provides ample supply of necessities. The home feels fresh and new, yet comfortable for watching a moving, enjoying coffee in the morning or resting after a long day. The bedrooms rooms are beautiful and spacious.

Peaceful House in an Exciting Location

Don't be fooled by the date this house was built, it has been lovingly restored and is now an elegant minimalist retreat. The pool was a welcome escape from the hot Vegas summer and in winter you still have the shuffle board inside, which we had much more fun with than we expected. If you are into any type of Asian cuisine, this is exactly where you want to be. I'd love to stay here many more times just to explore all of the options in Chinatown. If that isn't your thing, hey, you're still in Vegas!

The Perfect Stay!

We had an AMAZING stay. The house was immaculate, modern, and newly updated. The kitchen had all your basic essentials and was stocked with coffee/tea for the Keurig; so we were able to have fresh coffee daily. We really liked that there was an ice maker in the freezer. Each bedroom had a comfy bed(s) with fluffy pillows, ceiling fan, bedside outlets, and each had its own TV with streaming service! The bathrooms were beautiful and modern with fluffy towels, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Each bathroom also had a makeup mirror and blowdryer. It really felt like we were using a spa's facilities. We had a large dining table to eat at or spread out a board game. The living room also had a comfy couch/chairs with a large TV with all available streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, HBO). There’s also a shuffleboard game and we had fun doing a shuffleboard tournament. The garage was made available to us, so we were able to park out of the desert heat. Full washer and dryer if you wanted to do laundry. We didn’t make use of it, but it was nice to know it was there. The pool and patio were wonderful. My kids didn’t waste any time getting into the pool as soon as we arrived; and we were in there daily. Our hosts were also kind enough to set up beach towels for us as well. There were lounge chairs for tanning and a covered patio with comfy furniture to relax by the pool without being in direct sunlight. There’s also access to a bathroom from the pool so you can hop out of the pool to use the facilities without getting the rest of the house wet. There is also grassy area in the backyard and there were yoga mats available if you wanted to do a little yoga outside. The owners were so easy to get in touch in with and addressed questions/issues quickly. We were less than 15 min away from the strip and the restaurants in chinatown were so close. Walmart, Target, Sprouts markets were all within a 5-10 min drive. The location couldn’t be beat. We felt like we were close to everything. It felt like a resort villa without the smoky casinos, crowds, and germs (especially in the midst of the pandemic). Jia and Herman really went out of their way ensure guests have pretty much everything they would need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back here on our next trip to Vegas. Thanks, Jia and Herman!

Nice home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Minutes to decent restaurants, and an easy 10 minute ride to the Strip. Owner was friendly and accomodative. Great place to stay if you want the Vegas experience but don't want to stay on the Strip.

Great place in Vegas!!

This was such a great place for our family in Las Vegas for a Thanksgiving holiday. We went for our daughter’s basketball tournament, and we were even able to bring our dog. :-) Everything felt new and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed, and we were surprised how much we enjoyed the shuffle board table! Communication was helpful and easy, and we won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Las Vegas vacation home

Jia’s home is beautiful, well equipped and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The internet was fast and reliable (one person had to work a few days). The pool was refreshing in the 100 degree temps. The location was very convenient to the strip, airport and even Red Rock Canyon. Of all the places to stay in Vegas, we were very pleased with our choice! If we ever make it back we will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this Chinatown rental. It was very clean, and very well-stocked. Jai was easy to communicate with, polite, and helpful. The location is an easy drive or Uber to the strip, but far enough away to have less expensive restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!
