Very responsive property manager was able to resolve the few minor issues that occurred during our stay. Property could use some updating of the furniture and carpeting. Cleaning crew could do a better job. Great location and surprisingly quiet.

Perfect location!

Couldn’t get a better location, smack in the heart of Provincetown! Perfect for a family of three, son being 19 y.o.. Our host was very responsive and the apartment was as described. Stairs to the apartment were steep so maybe difficult for older fur babies but we were thankful to be able to bring ours along. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in the middle of everything in P-Town. My favorite piano bar was practically across the street. Lovely 2 BR place, clean, comfortable, charming, full kitchen with everything you need, even a nice pair of scissors. Host was very communicative, answered my questions quickly even a few weeks after I left the unit when I had questions about following up on some paperwork. Will definitely try to nab it again as my first choice when I go back!

Great stay in Provincetown

Great location, nice accommodations, great communication with landlord. At first I was concerned that it might be noisy given the central location but in fact it was pretty quiet and white noise from the AC system also helped with noise. If you are bringing a car, expect to pay at least $210 for parking in Provincetown during the week, but there was also plenty of space directly outside the rental to park close and quickly load and unload gear, which made the offsite parking requirement a lot more easy to deal with. This is absolutely not a place I would have wanted to bring a family member with mobility issues due to steep stairs, but happily that was not a requirement this time. Great spot!

Excellent location - nice apartment- well maintained

It’s a nice property. Well equipped. Very conveniently located. Right in the center of everything. Timing was right. Just before tourists influx. She me but not businesses open. Cost was significantly more than initially expected due to add on service charges. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Parking was free due to off-season visit. Check for parking options on-season because that will add to cost.

Our ptown vacation

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment! Though small, it had everything we could possibly need! Great cooking accessories, pots, spices etc. A keurig machine with a good supply of k-cups, large tv with streaming sites, big master bedroom and bathroom! The air conditioner was great as well as the shower pressure. The whole place was so nicely appointed with interesting art and ingenious decoration The proximity to everything was phenomenal! We parked our car and never used it all week. The beach was across the street, restaurants all walking distance, couldn’t ask for a better location! Any questions were answered within 20 minutes and Zach ( who cleans the property) was so helpful with everything! Would definitely stay here again! Renée Syracuse, NY

Overall, the location was wonderful and walkable to everything. The check-in process was a little confusing and it was not clear from the instructions that the door to unit two was on the backside of the house. The apartment was relatively well stocked, and the bed was pretty comfy in the main bedroom. We could not figure out how to get the mini splits to work and there weren’t any instructions. Also, there were a few things that really needed to be updated or were a bit inconvenient. The dishwasher is tiny and in rough shape so we ended up hand washing all of our dishes. You can’t open the bathroom door when the bathroom mat is down, but we made the mistake of showering with the bathroom door open and made the smoke alarm go off. The oven worked fine, but it was kind of hard to use the stove. I’m glad that we were able to bring the dogs but I think the 1500 damage deposit is a little excessive, especially considering that the apartment is not newly updated. I’m not sure the price was worth it for the size and condition but certainly was for the location, although not having parking and not being able to stay in the alley for long made the move in and move out a little challenging.

We enjoyed our stay. Downtown in the Heart of Provincetown.Good facilities, nice living rooms, comfortable beds, adequate kitchen. Entrance stairs are quite steep, but at an average age of 80, we still managed. Great location in the middle of town. Surprisingly quiet for the location except for loud live music nearby 10-11:30 most nights (mostly good music). We had a bit of trouble with the AC system going out until we found out that, in spite of having three separate units and controllers, all must be set the same or the system freaks out. Host was very helpful with this and once we found out what the problem was everything worked fine. No parking (noted in description) but we got 7 nights for the price of 6 at the big lot next to CVS on Bradford Street less than 3 blocks away.

My son and I had an amazing stay. This is our second time renting this lovely space. It's very homey and comfortable. The rooms are perfect and the drawers have plenty of space. The air conditioners work well and are quiet which is always fabulous on hot days. There is a coin laundry in the adjacent building which was super helpful. There was plenty of room for the both of us. We were able to chill out inside, spend time at the beach, watch the moon rise...just wonderful. We definitely would stay again! The location is amazing and right in the center of town; and we slept well. I would definitely recommend it.

Surprisingly quiet

The unit is located just behind commercial properties on Commercial Street. Central to everything. And yet, during the middle of a weekday, you open the windows and hear birds.

Awesome spot in the center of everything

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were on opposite sides of the condo. so it felt like we had plenty of space and separate areas to hang out. Location can’t be beat- right in the center of town almost directly across from the pier. Easy to get around. Easy keypad entry.

Property IS truly in the heart of P-town! Cozy and comfy for 4 adults. My only thing (if you're looking for a con) isnwe did have to buy toilet paper, we were only left with 2 full and a half roll..4 women/5 days.. not a big deal. Towels we only get 4 towels and a few wash clothes and hand towels. Again not a huge deal we just reached out to the host and within 30min we had fresh towels! We will definitely stay here again!

I’m the heart of Ptown

Great location if you like to be in the thick of things. Set in back off Commercial St so mostly quiet. Could use a bit of TLC. Pricey but all the places there seem to be.
