This home is very beautiful and comfortable! It has everything in the indoor and outdoor kitchen that you could need. Excellent host and great communication at all times. We enjoy this property very much, and it is walking distance to main street and also the bayfront in Sarasota.

House was clean and very comfortable. Gerard was always prompt with a reply with any questions we had. The location was excellent for visiting downtown Sarasota. We wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the lovely pool etc at the house

The house was better than advertised with plenty of space in the open living areas to gather with friends and family. The enclosed pool patio and lanai allowed us to enjoy the pool throughout the day. Gillespie Park nearby was a great place to walk dogs and for kids to play.

The house is gorgeous and in a great location. Gerard was also very responsive. The guest bed and pillows could have been a little softer, but other than that, we had an excellent time and would definitely stay here again.

First time guests (family of 5, including 2 kids ages 5 and under) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is minutes away from the bayside/marina area and also an easy drive to local beaches (lido key, siesta key, etc). House was impeccably clean and well stocked, with plenty of linens. We appreciated the extras in the garage (beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, et c). We enjoyed using the grill and eating meals outside. The kids spent loads of time in the pool. Check in and out was simple - we had odd arrival and departure times due to flights out of Tampa and Gerard made getting in and out as simple as possible. He’s a great host and very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Love this place!

This was our fourth stay at the property. It feels like our home away from home! Sadly, next March is already booked so we will not return. Gerard is the most responsive VRBO owner we have encountered.

Friends Vacation

We had 6 adults, we had a great time. The property was beautiful and close to everything. We enjoyed days at the beach and afternoons hanging at the pool and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen was great too. I would recommend this location to all.

Great stay

We had a great time. The house was very nice and the hosts were extremely organized with directions on everything we needed (internet, hot tub, tv etc) to make things very easy. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice to have as well. Centrally located to down ptown and short drives to Siesta Key and St Armand’s Circle. Would definitely recommend this place
