The house with large garden is located on the edge of the forest in a charming family home district. The location is quiet, yet central, a few minutes from the center. Two apartments are located on the upper floor of the house. The lower floor is used by the host for their own holidays. The apartments can be reached via a separate external staircase. Each apartment has a living room with balcony, 1 bedroom and a shower room. In the middle of the two apartments is a large communal kitchen. In the main season of July and August, only both apartments are rented together if possible. Both apartments together offer sleeping possibilities for 8 persons. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, radio with CD player. Internet via Wi-Fi is available. Sheets and towels were provided. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee machines, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, electric cooker with Ceramkochfeld and oven, dishes, pots etc. The garden can be used by the guests, also for barbecues. Secure parking is possible on the property. The property is protected by a security company. House and property are secured by an alarm system.

Erholsamer Familienaufenthalt in Svinemünde
