Saona Villas presents this pleasant villa with air conditioning and private swimming pool, partially renovated. It is located in the quiet urbanization of "Carrio" in Calpe. You are just 10 minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

This pretty two-story villa, with 5 bedrooms, accommodates 10 people. The interior of the house is furnished with the necessary comfort and distributed over 2 floors (with exterior access). You will appreciate its exteriors with its beautiful private swimming pool and its pretty plot.
