It has a communal pool and private garage. The area is very quiet, ideal for relaxing, with an idyllic atmosphere for families, as it has a private garden.

pour un point de vue magnifique et un séjour luxe

La maison est magnifique. Super bien équipée, décorée avec goût, propre. Il ne manque rien! La piscine collective très peu fréquentée et calme. L'hôte très disponible et réactive. C'est une situation idéale pour alterner repos et visite. Mais comme c'est une maison avec escaliers pour la partie nuit et encore escaliers pour accéder au jardin, attention si vous y allez avec des enfants en bas âge ou avec des personnes âgées. Nous étions avec un couple d'amis et il a fait très très chaud. Côté chambre, il y en a trois en bas. Mais une reste privée et non accessible. Disponibles à la location une grande chambre avec un grand lit et une petite avec deux petits lits. Seule la grande chambre est équipée d'un climatiseur. Il nous a fallu dormir portes ouvertes afin de permettre une température correcte pour les nuits pour nous quatre. Aussi, la plage annoncée à 900 mètres ainsi que les commerces se méritent: entre marches d'escaliers et montagnes... A éviter surtout pour les personnes peu mobiles. A recommander si vous souhaitez vous muscler ;-) La plage du port est petite mais agréable. Elle est surtout fréquentée par les locaux et loin des lignes d'immeubles et de transats. La voiture est indispensable pour se rendre à Calpe. Et nous recommandons la ville d'Altèa à proximité, les cascades del font del Algar et bien entendu partir à la découverte des petites criques qui se situent entre 2 et 10 kms à la ronde.
