Large, beautiful chalet "Arvine", 3 storeys. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden (not fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Very steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 550 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 400 m, railway station "Sion" 16.6 km, thermal baths "Spa des Bisses" 1.1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 1.7 km, gondola lift 750 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ice rink 1.2 km, children's playground 1.4 km. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 15 km, Via Ferrata de Nax 25 km, Flowtrail Tracouet - Bike Track 750 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées - Tracouet 750 m. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Sep. WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Een fantastisch huis! Goed uitgeruste keuken, goede bedden, prachtig uitzicht.MAAR helaas een heel steile, verijste toegangsweg! Onze BMW 5-serie met 4-wielaandrijving had moeite met deze weg. De weg werd "schoongemaakt" maar daarna werd de situatie alleen maar slechter en ijziger. Zorg voor sneeuwkettingen, zelfs als je een 4WD hebt!!!Hemelsbreed is de afstand tot de skipiste 300-400m. De looproute erheen kent wat hindernissen (o.a een beekje) en loopt deels over het terrein van de buren. Twee behoorlijke minpunten, helaas.

Wohlfühlzeit vor Weihnachten

Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen mit genialer Aussicht. Sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Hier lassen sich auch Schlechtwettertage prima aushalten. Die Betten/Matratzen sind bequem. Das W-Lan funktioniert reibungslos quasi im ganzen Chalet. Die Zufahrt zum Chalet ist im Winter heikel, da sie über ein kleines, sehr steiles Strässchen führt, welches nicht gänzlich von Schnee und Eis zu befreien ist. Ein 4x4 ist empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus,war toll. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgerichtet was man sich so vorstellt! Schöne Aussicht! Negativ die Haus Zufahrt ist sehr steil. Nicht zu empfehlen für tiefergelegte Autos oder mit Spoiler. Ich möchte im Winter nicht dort hoch fahren müssen. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln und super Service!

Tolles geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Das Haus war Super und jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad! Sehr geräumig und gute Ausstattung!Die steile Garagenauffahrt ist nicht für jedes Auto geeignet( nichts für Autos, welche tiefergelegt sind/Spoiler ). Auffahrt ist sehr steil aber machbar.

Fantastic New Years holiday

We spent such a memorable New Years holiday in this stunning chalet. The views of the fireworks across the valley on New Year’s Eve are something my family will never forget. On arrival the chalet was spotless and everything we needed for a relaxed & comfortable stay was available. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen & towels were pristine. We all wished we could move in for good, it was difficult to leave. Our thanks to the owners and the staff at Interhome.

Fabulosa casa en Nendaz

Se trata de un xalet típico suizo con capacidad para 8 personas y habitaciones en las plantas alta y subterranea del edifico, ambas con vistas al exeterior. Calefacción por suelo radiante. Está equipado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar a nivel de cocina. En cuanto a equipamiento audiovisual, no hay un sistema de música, sólo televsión y wifi. No hay sauna aunque en algún sitio lo indica. El coche se aparca en el exterior. A tener en cuenta, en caso de nevada se debe ir correctamente equipado.

chalet spacieux avec vue panoramique sur toute la vallée. Splendide. Idéal deux familles de 4. Chambres chacune avec Seb. Très confortable Pente vers le chalet extrêmement raide et accès compliqué voir impossible par temps de neige (sauf si 4x4). Attention, nettoyage final très cher!

Mit Freunden unterwegs

Ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer mega Aussicht. Alles tip top. Schneeketten sind zwingend erforderlich wenn man kein allrad fahrzeug hat. Einziges was uns nicht gefallen hat ist das die einfahrt und der weg nicht frei von schnee und vorallem Eis war. Mussten erst 1 Std mit Pickel und Schaufel alles frei machen sonst wäre das parken nicht möglich gewesen, da die Einfahrt sehr steil ist. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder.
