Good location to sit on any of the multiple deck areas and be in the woods. One of my favorites was the screened in porch with comfy cushions. Not really any place to walk near the cabin but close enough to State Park and downtown. Well supplied kitchen. We did have difficulty working the TV and had to use our own streaming services. The fireplace we didn't attempt. Overall, I'd stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful home. Has pretty much everything you need. Very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the nice outdoor patio’s and Jacuzzi. Would be nice if Jacuzzi area had better lighting at night. Be aware the gravel part of road and driveway is a little rough, but nothing most vehicles shouldn’t be able to handle. Overall wonderful place to relax.

We rented this place as a between point to get together with family and the place did not disappoint. It was just as described and we had a fantastic weekend! Thanks to our host Gina for answering questions in a timely manner. Only thing bad that I can say about this place is the mattresses could have been a little better, but we loved it.

We rented the property for a week long family vacation. We did have a couple of issues with an appliance & an amenity. Contacted the host who was very helpful. Lovely property. Quiet, semi secluded. Good place to relax & unwind with plenty of space for 6 adults.

It was a very nice looking home, and was exceptionally clean and well kept. I was surprised there was only one ceiling fan which was on the screened in porch. So I asked others that were arriving late, to bring fans. The beds were very tall, and I'm not a small person, I'm 5' 11". It was difficult for me to get into such tall beds and others had similar issues (except for my 6' 8" adult son). We did not use the the hot tub or the fire pit. The weather was not conducive to it. We found very good restaurants in Berkeley Springs, and enjoyed the springs and the stores in town as well.

Have lots of thoughts to improve stay cabin. Over all the cabin is beautiful and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Here are some flaws...no shelf in first floor shower. Had to put shampoo etc. on the floor. The 2nd floor bedroom doesn't have a closet. Hooks on the beam would be helpful. There were missing lightbulbs and blown lights throughout the cabin, We tried to find replacement bulbs, but we didn't find any. All of the bathrooms were dark. We were getting ready for a wedding and putting makeup on was tough. The brightest lights in the cabin were the ones on the fireplace. The electricity went out on Sunday night. There was one small candle and no flashlights in the cabin. No emergency numbers were listed. Had to look up who the electric company was for the area to call it in. No emergency lights. Extra towels would have been nice, just one per person. Most of the VRBOs we stay in have shampoo and soap in the showers. That would have been nice. There are no fans in the bathrooms.

Our family of 6 had a great stay. The house was very comfortable, the amenities were great, wifi was excellent. The pool table and the variety of board games available were a big hit.
