Enjoy the property: play in the creek, hike the forest, scramble up the big hill, sight wildlife, see our livestock, climb trees, picnic, tire swing. End the day rocking on the porch and enjoying dramatic pasture views.

Don't touch equipment, materials, or debris/trash piles. This is a working farm, and it is dangerous. No outdoor flames except grill and fire pit.
Pets, especially dogs the cattle are not familiar with, can stress the livestock, so PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED from the property.

The location is perfect, just a short drive to Berkeley Springs, but far enough out that it is serene. The view of the fields with cows is ideal for a getaway from a hectic schedule. The house is clean, charming, and efficient.My favorite is the Nook and the little powder room on the first floor. The Nook is on the first floor and perfect for kids. We will be back.
