We offer you our family home, the CAPREV villa, finished to be built at the end of 2023. You will appreciate a modern and air-conditioned house, tastefully decorated and with quality materials in the Arcachon style.
You can enjoy our heated swimming pool (from 15 May to 30 September if the outside temperatures allow it) which is distinguished by its beautiful proportions 3.5m x 11m.
Located in a quiet alley, you reach the most beautiful and renowned beach in Arcachon, Pereire beach, in 5 minutes on foot. You are also a 5 minute walk from a pharmacy and a general food shop. The cycle path near the house takes you in 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot to the heart of the lively town centre and the market square of Arcachon. You can also reach by bike the Moulleau and the Dune du Pilat as well as the tennis clubs and those of sailing and surfing.
Arcachon train station is within easy walking distance.

With its large capacity for up to 14 people maximum (12 people plus 2 on request with sofa bed), you will stay in a spacious house, with beautiful volumes, bright and quiet, of 240 m2 on two levels.
The villa is composed on the ground floor of a very large living room of 80 m2: large living room with library, 2 comfortable sofas and a 75-inch television, dining table for 12 people, all decorated with care. For your meals, the kitchen fully equipped with new appliances benefits from a convivial island as well as a laundry room. All rooms give access to the outdoor terrace of 200 m 2 through our large bay windows and have a view of the swimming pool. 2 bedrooms also on the ground floor: a master room with bathroom and toilet, queen size bed (new bedding) storage space and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, a second bedroom with its bathroom, storage space and 2 new single beds.

Upstairs, 2 master rooms with bathroom and toilet, queen size beds (new bedding) and each with their own terrace and storage, a bedroom with 4 new bunk beds and storage, a separate bathroom with bathtub, additional toilets, a quiet office to telework (with printer and screen) and to accommodate 2 additional people in a new double sofa bed with mattress


Outside, you can have lunch in the shade of the pergola on the terrace, enjoy the comfortable garden furniture and the many deckchairs, the large heated swimming pool and an outdoor shower. You also have access to our Weber gas barbecue area. You can also rest in the garden in the shade of our magnificent pine trees or play table tennis (table at your disposal).

The house has 4 private parking spaces and street parking is free.
Bruno, our steward, will be happy to welcome you personally to the Caprev villa, and to present you all its services and equipment and activities on the basin: bike rental, boat rental, restaurant reservations, good deals, possibility of a chef at home, delivery of your groceries, daily breakfast, cleaning fee and change of extra sheets, ...
