This home has it all: Direct Five Minute Access, Boat Dock with Use Of Lift Optional. Quiet Neighborhood, Restaurants and Pubs within minutes by car or boat. Bring your boat and run over to Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa, Boca Grand, etc.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a modern full-sized, well-equipped Kitchen with a separated dinning area. The Sun Room is a nice place to enjoy the view and sunset while sitting in the A/C. Quiet street, nice waterfront neighborhood. Close to the local fish house where the fisherman bring in their catches. You can walk in and buy fresh fish, shrimp, crabs, etc.
World class fishing and boating area. Perfect location for fishing and boating with direct access to The Gulf of Mexico and The Pine Island Sound.

NOTE: The months of January, February and March require full month bookings (no weekly or daily bookings). If the calendar shows that a portion of one of these months has been booked, please inquire with manager to possibly arrange to rent the remainder of that month. Otherwise, any request for a partial month will be declined. ALSO: Security/damage deposit for these months will be $1000.00.

Nice house in paradise.

The house is updated and nice. No second floor, no steps, which is good for those of us with mobility issues. It's located in the best neighborhood on the whole island. One advantage of Pine Island is it is not constant bumper to bumper traffic like Sanibel. From the canal in the backyard it's about 5 minutes to the big ocean bay between Sanibel and Pine Island. You can boat to The Green Flash in Captiva in less than 30 minutes. Or 10 minutes to Picnic Island with a beautiful sandy beach.(but I haven't checked it out since Hurricane Ian.) There are plenty of marinas to rent boats. Pine Island does not have the huge beaches like Sanibel. But you can boat up to Cayo Costa island and land on the beach side and spend the day. Often on Cayo Costa you have the whole beach to yourself. You can also drive to some nice beaches. St. James City is a beautiful quaint little sea going town. Canals, eagles, ospreys, egrets, and in the canal it is not uncommon to see a manatee swimming through checking for plants to eat. Dolphins too. Pine Island is certainly for boat and Kayak lovers. And fishing. Matlacha has a bridge that is often tagged as the most fished bridge in Florida. At the other end of the island is Bokeelia. Even more quaint. Pine Island has the Tarpon Lodge restaurant which is 4-1/2 stars. They often have a holiday menu but beware you have to book a week ahead for a holiday meal.

Quiet, Clean and Cozy!

We enjoyed our quiet and relaxing stay during Christmas and New Years. Wonderful area on a very nice quiet street. WiFi and cable ran great. Lovely pool and patio. We will definitely be back!!!
