The uniqueness of this home is that it’s a 5 min walk to Miramar Beach in PCB. 4 bdrms 2 of which are masters. Great pool with a nice backyard. Barely any traffic so it’s very safe for kids to play on the street.

Spring break ‘25

Overall we were quite impressed with the property. Beautiful view. The cleanliness was top tier. Everything was literally the same as it was pictured online. The pool was clean. Bedrooms were clean and so were the showers. The only thing that was minor problem was the plumbing and how hot your shower/bath water got. Besides that overall I’d give the place a 9.2/10

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate the positive feedback regarding the cleanliness, views, and overall condition of the home. Regarding the plumbing, we want to clarify for future guests that flushing non toilet paper products will clog the plumbing system. This was the cause of the issue mentioned and it was resolved immediately. Since then, we have been very proactive in preventing this by placing clear signage next to all toilets. As for hot water, the home is equipped with the largest water heater tank designed for a four bedroom house. However, if multiple guests take long showers or several showers occur within a short period of time, the hot water supply can temporarily run out, which is normal for any residential system. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps set clear expectations and allows us to continue improving the guest experience. We would absolutely welcome you back anytime and thank you again for staying with us.
