"One Palm" is a pet-friendly, first tier beach home with a private pool and views of the Gulf and less than 100 steps to the white-sand beach. The home is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 1884 square feet of living space, accommodating up to 13 guests. This home is conveniently located between Port St. Joe and Apalachicola and a very short drive to historic Indian Pass Raw Bar and Cape San Blas. Enjoy the view of the Gulf from two, large decks on the beach-side of the home.

One Palm

Excellent location with pool, which would be reason enough to stay again. The house was clean but could use some updates. WiFi connection is not great at all and some of the furniture / beds are uncomfortable.

Fall Break

The house fit us great! 6 adults and a 18 month old. The house was stocked nicely in the kitchen. The bedrooms were nice sizes. We did have trouble with our garbage being turned over every night by a bear so it became frustrating to have to pick it up every day. Maybe put some kind of fasteners on the lids. Also, the beach straight out from the house was brackish water from a creek a few houses down so we had to walk any 100 yards to get clear water. We didn’t have anything to sweep or clean the floor, no mop or broom, there was a vacuum cleaner that didn’t have enough suction to get up sand. I had to get down on my hands and knees and wipe the floor with a wet towel because I hate sand on the floor! A great suggestion, have a dust mop and dust buster! Over all, the house was great and we had a good time!

Great location

The house was clean and as stated on web site! Had everything we needed during our stay! Great location close to the beach, one day the wind picked up on the beach so we were able to enjoy the clean pool without blowing sand! We had six adults and the accommodations were great having 2 king and 1 queen bed, so many rentals had more bunk beds than full size beds. Would definitely recommend this house.
