A rare find in Indian Pass!

YellowBird is one of the few single family homes available on Indian Pass that also has a private pool. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just a short walk to the beach and has views from almost everywhere inside. You get the best of both worlds with the privacy of Indian Pass Beach and your own private pool. There is also a screened porch as well as other decking so that you have no choice but to enjoy the outdoors. But, if you don’t want to spend all of your time outside, indoors you have lots of room for everyone to spread out and still enjoy one another. This home is accommodating to all the family including pets (fees do apply limit 2 dogs). If you’re a stargazer, you’ll love having a telescope here for your use.

If you’re planning a group trip and are in need of space for more, you can rent Beach Please right next door with 3 bedrooms and plenty of deck space. Great place for a family reunion or wedding!

Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking, outdoor shower, private pool (heat available for an additional fee). 1st level – Living Room with a gulf view, big screen TV, DVD; dining area which opens up onto the screened porch, kitchen, half bath and Bedroom 1 – master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, gulf view, full bath and a furnished screened porch that opens onto an open gulf view deck.

2nd level – laundry closet, Bedroom 2 –1 duo bunk along with another bunk set, TV/DVD (no cable); loft area with a gulf view and entrance onto a covered deck; Bedroom 3 – gulf view bedroom with a queen bed, TV, telescope and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo; Bedroom 4 – king bed, gulf view and TV; and full bath with double vanities and shower only.

Great house but area needs improvements

Home was great for our stay but the area seems “ran down”. Many of the other homes were not maintained or the yards were overgrown.

Great outdoor seating!

The outdoor areas had very nice furniture. The inside was a little dated. The kitchen is well stocked, best I have seen before. The mattresses have seen better days. The pool was nice and we paid for it to be heated all five days but did not get that until day three and numerous calls. The maintenance guy working on another property came to our rescue and got the heat working. Overall, my family enjoyed being there!

No dishwasher

Dish washer was broke called a man came out and said oh yeah we already know! That hurt my feelings tented me a place with no dishwasher we are big cooks it was awful half our vacation we was washing dishes and the rented it to me knowing it was broke BS the shower down stairs won’t cut the kitchen sink won’t cut all the way I can’t remember what else but did have a ball at y’all’s beach!!!!

Quiet beach and friendly neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked for what we needed. The beach is quiet and the neighborhood friendly. We loved having the pool but in October with sunny days the water was cold. Next time we will pre-pay to have it heated the day we arrive.

Yellow bird

I was a bit up set that the hot tub was cemented over, when I booked this a yr prior the hot tube was there. One of the decks was in very bad shape. The hand rail was not secured and my mother in law about fell. There was a welcome mat at the front door that had rusted steel wires coming from it that my aunt cut her foot on. A pool lady came while the kids were swimming interrupting our pool time and she began maintainece on pool. We paid extra for a pet to be there and she said dog was not allowed at the pool when there was no signs or anything in the description about this. All door knobs were lose the place needs some fixing up and the pots etc should be cleaned before use they were dirty sitting in cabnets. I would not go back for the money we spent.

Property needs maintenance and cleaning. Owner leaves a vehicle and boat in driveway.

Home is not in a good location for boat ramps, needs a lot of clean up (carpet is filthy, home is green from mildew), owner leaves truck and boat in driveway making it extremely difficult to park our two boats. Pictures do not show any of this.

Home is in great location. Pool chairs rusty, porches need repair, mattresses very uncomfortable.

The home was good size for our family although not enough seating in dining room or living room for the amount of people the house holds. Dated. Kitchen well equipped. Porches wood needs replacement. Poolside chairs are rusty. Outdoor shower is nice. Bugs were really bad in the evening. Pool was very nice. Mattresses in upstairs bedrooms are horrible! Would not rent here again.
