Beautiful Condo on the Beach

The condo was amazing and clean. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff there at Icon was amazing, kind and super helpful. The view of the pool, beach and sunsets are unforgettable! My only issue was with our contact for the condo's property management (not Icon property management). The check in process went great. However, I reached out to our contact several times during our stay with questions about the Wi-Fi and our checkout. We didn't get any responses until we were at the airport for our flight home. He never even showed up at our agreed upon time for check out on our departure day to take our keys. When he finally responded (as we were waiting for our plane) he only said he had been out of town. I'm assuming he still had his phone while out of town (like I did) and was able to communicate via Whatsapp; however, we heard nothing. Heads up that the Wi-Fi works well but we had to restart the router (next to the TV in the living room). Also, the walls are made of concrete so the Wi-Fi reception in the back bedroom isn't very strong. Besides this issue with the non-communicative property management, our stay was amazing and would consider staying here again. This is a beautiful space with an AMAZING view!

Great for a Family Holiday

The property is in a great location and is in good condition. It has a great view and the resort´s ammenities are very nice. The check in and check out process was very smooth and we had no need to contact the property manager during our stay. The day we arrived the property was a bit dirty but they sent someone the next day to take care of that.

Great location, spacious condo, pools and hot tub extremely clean, grocery 5 minutes away, lots of restaurants. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful view but Unit needs work

The pluses: the view was awesome and the outdoor area beautiful - two pools, one appropriate for children. And beautiful beach access. The cons of this property: the owner has allowed the unit to really deteriorate- there was tape on the walls all over the place to mark where repairs had to be made. The bedding and towels are old and a bit ratty. The unit itself was not a highlight.
