BEAUTIFUL West Maui Rental- AREA NOT AFFECTED BY LAHAINA FIRES & NO resort fees!
Welcome to our AHHMMAAZZING little piece of Maui Paradise! This unit is individually owned, 1st floor unit, direct ocean front walkout property on 13 acres of beautiful oceanfront property at the Papakea Resort! Our Unit #A-105 is located in the First Bldg, the North Bldg A (the ALOHA BLDG) nicely quiet with less foot traffic for a more enjoyable, relaxed, dreamy stay with views of Hawaiian Islands Lanai'i and Molokai'i. The Papakea has 2 LARGE heated swimming pools - each with a spa, cabana & multiple BBQ areas. Enjoy the amazing views from the ocean front lawn or wander thru the Koi ponds. The property offers many activities -lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, 2 shuffleboard courts & 2 putting greens for our visiting Golfers. Unit A-#105 is centrally located in the ALOHA Bldg, on the 1st floor with easy accessibility & quick parking access by use of the North Entry/Exit Gate, as well as, provided handicapped parking. This unit is perfect for handicapped access, people with special needs allowing easy access w/o curbs or stairs to the unit or in the unit. This very spacious, open-air direct ocean front unit has stellar views, amazing circulation & breezes to enjoy. There is AC if needed to take the edge off on those very humid days. The bedroom currently has brand new carpet for comfort & a KING bed dressed in organic sheets & duvet if needed, large dresser, closet with plenty of room & ceiling fan as well as a standup fan for some extra circulation if needed. There are windows along the bedroom wall top to welcome breezes into the bedroom. The bathroom has a large granite counter, toilet and a tiled shower w/luxurious organic cotton towels. There is a W/D in the unit for your use (Detergent/dryer sheets provided). The kitchen is full-size, well lit with a LARGE beautiful granite counter for preparing/eating food & entertaining w/all the kitchen amenities one would need for a short or long stay. Plenty of inside seating offered w/barstools, 4 person dining table, refrigerator w/icemaker, DW, Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffee maker, toaster oven, micro, stove & oven. Enjoy the living roomy living room, TV, WIFI, HS internet. Enjoy just steps from the ocean with stellar views from the lanai for breakfast, lunch, dinner or happy hour at the table w/2 chairs & a long lounger).
You have arrived and it's time to enjoy your stay on beautiful and rich in history, Maui, and at the Papakea in the newly updated and refreshed Unit A-105.
There are several sandy beaches within walking distance to a 5 to 25 minute drive in either direction. The Westside of Maui is known for it's BIG beautiful beaches. Famed Whaler's Village on Ka'anapali Beach is a short 5-8 minute drive. Beach entry from our unit allows for some great shell finding when the tides are out and entry into the water to snorkel!
There are plenty of FUN shops to checkout and some fun eateries & cafe's as well as a full grocery store-TIMES market. A new NEW food truck court is all just a short walk SOUTH of the complex. Just to the NORTH, a short walk, there is a Fresh Fish Market, Local delis, health food store, BAD ASS Coffee Co. and BOSS FROGS to rent snorkel equipment for your entire stay as well.
There is a BUS route as well that picks up and drops off right by Boss Frogs. It will take you to Whaler's Village, Ka'anapali Beach. Or rent a scooter, an electric bike. UBER and LYFT are options are available as well. There is a rental car place close by if a car is needed for a few days to get around to the other amazing island attractions Maui has to offer. There are SOOO many options available to you right at the resort or just a short walk in either direction!
Once you arrived, you will check in at the Papakea Front office, greeted by friendly staff. Currently, there are NO RESORT FEES at the Papakea, however, they may ask you to leave a credit card for incidentals (court rentals) if needed. A Papakea Resort Welcome packet will be provided for you at this time as well. A GREAT source of Papakea Resort information you need to navigate the property, entry and exit gates, etc.
