Well-kept and cozy non smoking *** apartment in a central location, but still quiet. The apartment has a furnished balcony with a sun awning. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. Flat screen TV DVD player and radio in the living room. To the beach u. Kurpark is approx. 200 m and the family lagoon approx. 500 m. Supermarket and bakery around 200m around the corner. 'WiFi', bike room and car parking space at the house available free of charge. The family lagoon offers you a wide range of sports and entertainment. The pirate sea is located in the center directly on the main beach. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests in BĂŒsum. A bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket are available upon arrival. There is juice for the little ones. We will greet you personally in BĂŒsum and give you keys and spa cards. If you arrive by train, you would pick up at the train station.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gemĂŒtlich. Wir waren hier als Familie und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders schön ist die NĂ€he zum Strand und zur Einkaufsstraße.

Die Lage ist super und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und Familienlagune.100% Weiterempfehlung. Wichtig fĂŒr beeintrĂ€chtige Personen:Die Wohnung befindet sich im DG / 3 Etage. FĂŒr mich und meinen Sohn ging es zurĂŒck in die Vergangenheit. BĂŒsum ist einer unser favorisierten Orte gewesen. Es ist schön gewesen, mal wieder hier zu sein.Jetzt zur Unterkunft: Die Unterkunft ist in meinen Augen sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen. BĂ€cker und LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Restaurants in fußlĂ€ufiger Umgebung. KĂŒche: Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allen notwendigen Zubehör. Eine Person kann sich gut bewegen.Bad:ZweckmĂ€ĂŸig, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Toilette, Dusche, Waschbecken und Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden.Schlafzimmer:Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten, Ablagemöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Vermietung:Die Wohnung wird von privat vermietet mit Ă€ußert systematischen Vermietern. Alle Absprachen wurden verbindlich eingehalten. Gute und angenehme An- und Abreisebedingungen.Nachteil:DG - ohne Fahrstuhl

Wunderbare FeWo. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Schön und praktikabel eingerichtete Zimmer. Super Lage, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, BĂ€cker und Strand. Balkon sĂŒdliche Ausrichtung mit Sonne den ganzen Tag (wenn sie denn scheint). Da hatten wir leider Pech und konnten ihn mit den bereitstehenden Möbeln nicht so wirklich nutzen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Konnten mal wieder richtig PlattdĂŒtsch schnacken. Vielen Dank. BĂŒsum ist immer eine Reise wert und mit dieser FeWo erst recht.

BĂŒsum ist immer eine Reise wert!

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Man ist fußlĂ€ufig in 10 Minuten im Ortskern mit jeder Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; genauso am Strand. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he befindet sich ein Einkaufsmarkt und eine BĂ€ckerei. Die Wohnung an sich ist nicht riesig ( in der KĂŒche nur fĂŒr 1 Person Platz), aber alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden, dazu ein großer Schrank. Das eigene GepĂ€ck lĂ€sst sich gut verstauen. Gestört hat uns nur der sehr laute LĂŒfter im Bad; das kann man aber sicher mit relativ wenig Aufwand Ă€ndern. Frau Ibs als Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und hat uns einen netten Empfang bereitet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr 2-3 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben uns mit 2 Personen dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock des Hauses, war fĂŒr uns aber kein Problem. Sie ist fĂŒr 4 Personen von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe her ziemlich klein, aber noch ok. Sie ist sehr sauber und es ist bis auf eine SpĂŒlmaschine alles vorhanden. Die KĂŒche ist auch sehr klein, man kommt aber zurecht. Ein Autoparkplatz ist hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Strand und GeschĂ€fte sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Meer war in der nĂ€he. Wir haben ca. 5 min dahin gebraucht. Familienlagune Perlenbucht sehr empfehlenswert fĂŒr die Kinder. Waschsalon und Lebensmittelladen war auch sehr nah. Jederzeit wieder.

Einfach nur toll !!!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen - super! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen: Strand, BÀcker und Discounter - alles "um die Ecke"! :-) Es war superschön und ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schönen Urlaub in BĂŒsum gehabt, die Wohnung lag nahe zum Strand und nahe zur Innenstadt, außerdem ein BĂ€cker und ein Edeka--Markt in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Besser geht nicht.
