Equipped with a large king-size bed and a fold-out sofa bed, small kitchen, bathroom and spacious, private terrace with views over the Atlantic to Robben Island, this apartment is ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large salt water pool is heated and perfect for relaxing. The COTTAGE DE LA MER is the ideal starting point to explore Cape Town. Clifton, Camps Bay, the promenade and Table Mountain and its foothills, Lion's Head and Signal Hill are just around the corner and the sea is almost at your feet. The V&A Waterfront can be reached in just under 10 minutes, as is the city center with numerous museums and endless shopping opportunities.

Sehr nette Familie und tolles Haus!

Das Gästehaus ist top modern und sehr gepflegt! Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und sehr privat zum Hauptbaus gut abgeschirmt! DerZugang zum Pool ist jederzeit gestattet und auch sehr schön! Die Lage ist sehr sicher und trotzdem zentral! Leider wurde unser Urlaub durch den Coronavirus unterbrochen... Wir kommen wieder...

Simply Perfect!

This cottage was the perfect place to stay in and around Cape Town. So close to Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay etc., but so peaceful to escape it all and have a glass of wine on the terrace. The cottage itself was great. It’s modern, clean and has absolutely everything you need for a stay. Patrick and - during our stay - Marina were so helpful anytime we needed anything. We stayed for 2 weeks and would like to come back next year. Highly recommended!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In dem Appartement haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet alles, was man zum „draußen sein“ benötigt: Sonnenliegen, schöner Essplatz, Sitzplätze im Schatten . Auch von der zentralen Lage her war es perfekt für uns. Fussläufig entfernt ein Supermarkt, das Meer, viele Restaurants. Es war für uns eine unvergessliche Zeit .

WOW....this place is AMAZING. It is an architectural feast on the eyes and Marina and Uli have provided everything that you need to make you feel welcome.The mattress is super comfortable and the shower and heated floors are luxurious. The views of Lions Head and the Atlantic Ocean are superb. On top of all of this, Marina and Uli are welcoming and wonderful hosts. Do go to Kleinsky's deli which is a short walk from the unit. There is also a great local shopping area including Spar's 3 blocks away, which is a pleasant walk. The beach is 4 blocks away. A winner on all accounts.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft im noblen Bantry Bay! Von der (riesigen) privaten Terrasse aus kann man sowohl Robben Island, als auch den Lion´s Head sehen. Der Vorteil von Bantry Bay ist nicht nur die strategisch optimale Lage (zu den Stränden, der V&A Waterfront, der Promenade, dem Tafelberg, etc.), sondern natürlich, dass diese Gegend vom hochsommerlichen Süd-Ost-Wind geschützt ist - und dieser Wind kann einem im benachbarten Camps Bay buchstäblich um die Ohren fliegen! Deshalb wohnen die wohlhabenden Kapstädter allesamt hier...die Immobilienpreise sind entsprechend hoch...!

Das freistehende Cottage in Kapstadt´s bester Lage ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Terrasse ist grandios und der Pool ist wirklich XXL! Wir waren zu zweit für 10 Tage hier und haben unsere Zeit mehr als genossen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es war alles super sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in windgeschützter Top-Lag

Die Unterkunft ist einfach unbeschreiblich und das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis für diese geniale Lage in Kapstadt echt unschlagbar. Die majestätischen Palmen, der atemberaubende Blick von der privaten Terrasse über den Atlantischen Ozean bis hin zu Robben Island sind normalerweise nicht (mehr) bezahlbar in dieser exklusiven Gegend. Dazu noch der riesige Pool und die tollen Tipps der super netten Gastgeber...ich will wieder zurück!!!

SCHÖNER WOHNEN AM KAP!

Dieses Mal haben wir alles richtig gemacht :-)! Das atemberaubende Kapstadt und die wunderschöne Weingegend von einer traumhaften Ferienwohnung aus zu erkunden, war die beste Entscheidung, die wir machen konnten. Das Cottage liegt in einer edlen Avenue mit Blick auf Palmen und den Atlantischen Ozean. Der schicke XXL-Pool ist sogar beheizt und die windgeschützte Lage eigentlich unbezahlbar. Die Vermieter sind absolute Spitze! Super nett und unkompliziert - die erstklassigen Empfehlungen findet man in keinem Reiseführer! Spot on! Sämtliche Attraktionen liegen quasi direkt um die Ecke (Table Mountain, Lion´s Head, V&A Waterfront, Two Oceans Aquarium, Camps Bay, Clifton, Promenade, Chapman´s Peak, etc.) und selbst die Winelands sind lediglich eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Nächstes Jahr sind wir dann zu dritt... ;-)!
