This is an attractive two-bedroom apartment in a high quality residence. It is located in the old town area, Le Suquet, ten minutes' walk from the convention centre. The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift.

It has a balcony looking onto the rooftops of the old town and features nice volumes and a comfortable friendly atmosphere.



The living room, opening onto the balcony, has cosy sitting and dining facilities.



Both bedroom are eqquiped with double beds.
