Quietly nestled in the beautiful gated community of The Hammocks of Seagrove Beach you will find "The Hammock House"!

Step into this cozy beach cottage and enjoy the open concept living space or curl up on the screened in porch and enjoy the beach breeze. The first floor living space is a well lit and open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The spacious kitchen is updated and has bar seating for four, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Family and friends can enjoy the living room and sitting area while dinner is being prepared then everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal together at the dining table which accommodates eight. There is a first floor master bedroom with a king size bed, private en suite and access to the screened in porch. The master en suite has two sinks and a walk in shower. There is also a hall way bathroom on the 1st floor with a single sink and walk in shower.

Head on up the stairs where you will find the second guest bedroom with a king size bed. The last guest bedroom is for the kids with two twin over twin bunk beds - sleeping four. Both guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a single sink and walk in shower.

Enjoy the front porch, side screened in porch or the paved patio out back! This home is cozy and comfortable and nestled between the two community pools. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach access and close to everything you will need on your 30A Escape! It is located right next to Watercolor and Seaside with lots of shopping and restaurants! Enjoy riding bikes through the community, or take a walk on the walking paths throughout 30A.

Seaside Girls Trip!

The location is perfect and house was beautiful! There were 8 of us in Seaside for the annual half marathon. House was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. A few small things like the lighting is a little bipolar. Kitchen overhead lights are so bright, a dimmer or more lamps would make it feel cozier. And the bathroom lighting was too low! Couldn't get contacts in or makeup on in the main bathroom. For the kitchen, they need more cutlery. Again, little things- I would rent this beautiful home all over again in hopes of weahter nice enough next time to enjoy the gorgeous property!

Great House! Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is beautiful and comfortable. We especially loved the screened in porch and outdoor living space. We loved that the house is tucked back into the corner, it was very peaceful and quiet. Plus it’s close to everything! One suggestion we would have is to have more amenities available for longer stays like we had, like toilet paper etc.

Glamorous and cozy!

Beautiful home that was decorated to the nines! Loved all of the amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for a family! Exceptionally clean with comfy bedding and extra blankets to make it super cozy! This house had all those extra details with games and great books in case you need a night in. Would definitely love to stay here again!
