On generous 167 square meters modern detached house in a traditional Alpine style accommodate 6 to 8 people. The 2014 newly built holiday home has three bedrooms (all flat TV with LED) and a gallery with a sofa bed ready with double beds. The open kitchen with modern appliances and living area with sofa, LED flat screen TV and stereo invite you to sit together. In addition, a fireplace for cozy evenings.

The two daylight bathrooms have double sinks, a soaking tub, double shower and heated floors. A separate guest toilet is at the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with towels and hair dryer.

On the two balconies and a beautiful terrace where you can soak up the sun and take a dip in the good Oberstdorf mountain air. Of course, there are two underground parking spaces under the house and a private ski and bike room. Holiday!

Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, selbst mit 7 Personen und Säugling viel Platz.Jakuzzi und Sauna waren sehr entspannend, Balkone als Rueckzugsmoeglichkeit hilfreich.Obwohl direkt an der Straße war es nachts ruhig.

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft und die super freundliche Abwicklung hat uns gut gefallen. Es war sogar eine unglaublich liebevolle Geburtstagsüberraschung in der Unterkunft vorbereitet. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Es gibt in der nahen Umgebung viel zu erleben.

Und hat der Aufenthalt im gesamten sehr gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Wolldecke, Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer war total dreckig. An der Essecke die Bank und auch der Tisch waren völlig schmutzt. Im Schafzimmer neben der Couch lag noch von den vormietern Windeln vom Kind.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung

Wir sind in einer Gruppe angereist und haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. An anstrengenden Ski-Tagen konnte man in der Sauna und im Whirlpool relaxen, das Haus ist groß und gemütlich, die Tiefgarage sehr praktisch. Der Check In und Check Out waren reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Lage an Straße und Schule haben nur bedingt gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Haus zum Atmen

Ein großzügiges Haus empfing uns im alpinen Stil. Wir haben uns schnell sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöne Einrichtung und Aufteilung der Etagen. Der einzige Nachteil ist die direkte Lage an einer Hauptstraße. Da darf man nicht so empfindlich sein. Ansonsten gibt es dort nichts zu meckern.

Großzügiger und entspannter Familienurlaub

Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Hauses ist super und hochwertig. Die Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bäder und das Wohnzimmer sind ist wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Positiv ist auch, dass der Weg in die Tiefgarage überdacht ist. Dort sind 2 Stellplätze und wir konnten entspannt ein- und ausladen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Übergabe der WalserCard erfolgte ohne Probleme. Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße hört man morgens ab 05:30 Uhr schon die ersten PKW's und LKW`s. Durch die direkte Lage an der Schule sollte man sich außerhalb der Ferienzeit auf einen frühen Start in den Tag einstellen. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Für uns war das Haus mit 8 Personen optimal.

wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz, kurze Wege

Das Haus ist geräumig und komfortabel sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. 7-8 Erwachsene finden Platz. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem Kamin und der offenen Küche mit großer Essecke ist neben den super Bädern das Highlight. Ins Zentrum kann man in 10-15min laufen. Dort gibt es Skiverleihe und es fährt der Bus den kurzen Weg zur Nebelhornbahn Die Doppelgarage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

Komfort, der wenig Wünsche offen lässt

In dem großzügigen und sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl, quasi wie zu Hause. Die geräumigen Zimmer, inkl. Balkon und Veranda ermöglichen 6 Personen individuellen Freiraum. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und jedes Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter funktioniert problemlos, so dass Fragen auch während des Aufenthalts zügig geklärt sind. Die erste Erfahrung macht Lust auf mehr.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub im sehr schönen Ferienhaus in Oberstdorf

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 6 Tage in Oberstdorf im Ferienhaus Alpenglück. Es fehlte uns an nichts, es war sehr gemütlich. Das Haus ist luxuriös ausgestattet. Der Kamin hat uns abends schön eingeheizt, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Ortskern. Die schallschützenden Fenster haben den Straßenlärm gut abgehalten. Die Belüftung des Hauses war sehr gut. Sehr angenehm war die Tiefgarage.

Sehr gut aufgeteiltes Ferienhaus mit schönem Ambiente

Wir haben unseren traditionellen Weihnachtsurlaub mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei (mittlerweile auch) erwachsenen Mädels in dem Haus verbracht. Der sehr geräumige Wohn-/Ess- und Küchenbereich war für unsere Bedürfnissen optimal. Die Köche/Köchinnen waren mitten dabei und an dem sehr schönen Esstisch ließ sich das Essen auch genießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit Gläsern, Geschirr und Gerätschaften ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind ebenfalls komfortabel ausgestattet. Der negative Hinweis von anderen Besuchern auf die Lage an der Ortsausgangsstraße ist prinzipiell relevant. Uns hat das über die Weihnachtstage nicht gestört. Im Sommer hat man eine geräumige Terrasse mit einem großen Landmann-Grill, aber kein echtes Garten Gefühl, da sollte man sich vorher überlegen, wo die Prioritäten sind. Ein schöner Blick auf die Berge ist aber allemal zu genießen. Aus unserer Sicht ist der Sternabzug für die Lage überzogen, weil für uns der angenehme Aufenthalt im Haus ausschlaggebend war. Großzügige Ferienwohnung für Familie oder mit Freunden

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. In der Wohnung fehlt es wirklich an nichts, und die Lage ist auch recht zentral. In etwa 15 Minuten befindet Mann sich zu Fuß im Ortskern von Oberstdorf. Auch der komplett umzäunte Garten ist wirklich gut. Leider liegt sie direkt an einer der Hauptverkerswege von Oberstdorf was zu leichten Lärmbelästigungen führt. Wir waren in den Ferien von Bayern in der Wohnung und wissen daher nicht welchen Einfluss die angrenzende Schule auf die Wohnqaulität hat.
