“Gites entre 2 rives” is made up of 4 charming cottages, each with independent access and a terrace with BBQ. 2 laundry rooms, a 6m50x3m25 swimming pool and a garden. Our charming cottages are the right start for your excursions to discover the culinary and historical wonders of the region and why not behind the wheel of one of our legendary cars, the 2 CV.

Our charming cottages are completely renovated with great taste & they are located in an enchanting setting on the banks of the river in Montolieu, book village and only 15 minutes from the famous medieval city of Carcassonne.

*The gîte "La Maison du Vigneron" completely renovated in 2024 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sofa beds for 4 people, 2 kitchens and 2 terraces can be rented entirely for 8 to 12 people maximum or in 2 parts with only 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people and the gite "la Confluence" with 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people. This ad offers you the cottage with 3 bedrooms.

*The "Au fil de l'eau" gîte, built in the 16th century around the old arched entrance gate of the village, will immerse you in a unique setting.
Ideal for 4 to 6 people max.

*The “Le Nid de Raymond” gîte, this cozy, charming and cozy nest, open since 2021, is ideal for 2 to 4 people maximum.
