This atypical villa, designed by a renowned architect in the 80s and designed for a summer occupation, will seduce you with its natural charm.
With its comfortable volumes, its beautiful living room and its covered terrace overlooking the garden with local trees, it is THE perfect holiday place to offer 1, 2, 3... "gOdwEk(s)".
Located in a very quiet street, at the point the peninsula, close to the famous "44 hectares", it is nevertheless away from the seasonal bustle.
It is spread over two levels.
On the upper plateau, a large living room with its kitchen open to a dining area and a fireplace lounge area. The whole is literally bathed by the greenery with a wide opening on a suspended terrace, bathed in sun in the late afternoon.
A comfortable bedroom, a bathroom and toilet (new equipment for the 2024 season) complete this level.
Below, the semi-buried house offers a remarkable natural freshness to the three bedrooms, pantry, bathroom and toilet (the last two also redone in 2024).
Family beach with pool, accessible safely for children alone or little frequented ocean banner are a few minutes walk from this small pearl, which shines by its charm and simplicity.
