This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has been recently renovated and includes new flooring and a beautifully redesigned kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both drip and Keurig coffee makers have been provided for your convenience. Enjoy your coffee in the morning or cocktails in the afternoon from a private balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. New windows and sliding doors have been installed on the ocean-facing side of the condo providing a breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Four guests will sleep comfortably in this unit offering a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom in the master and a comfortably appointed second bedroom furnished with a new queen-sized bed and mattress. Both bathroom vanities have been upgraded. When you’re looking for some downtime, you will be pleased to find large flat-screen televisions in the living room as well as both bedrooms.
Our new HVAC unit will ensure that all of our guests stay comfortable.

Good Times at the Beach
