Large terraces, on one side looking onto a square and the mountain, and on the other one onto mountain and sea.
Very bright living room with Wifi and TV.
2 very quiet rooms, on square, offer a double bed or bunk beds and 2 large closets (towels not provided, except request, with supplement). To ensure a good reception and respect for the premises, we do NOT welcome MORE THAN 4 TRAVELERS.
New separate kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and wc, the other with bath and wc.
Private garage in the building.

Beautifully presented apartment

Excellent apartment that is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean and up high enough to escape the noise from the streets below whilst benefitting from a west facing balcony. Thoroughly recommended

Great week

We had a great week in Menton in this perfect apartment. With the wheelchair it was accessible easily. The elevator to the parking garage was out of order but this was no problem at all.

C’est un très bel appartement bien localisé, bien équipé, parfait pour visiter les villes et villages de la Côte d’Azur. Près de la gare et près de la mer avec un accès direct et rapide au vieux Menton. Services et épiceries à proximité.Et en prime, deux grands balcons : un côté rue plus bruyant pour entrevoir la mer et l’autre plus calme côté montagne. Une très belle vue et le calme assuré pour la nuit.Un excellent choix pour les vacances!

Appartement double exposition avec deux vastes balcons. Idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Logement très bien équipé avec garage. Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour plein de couleur à 2 pas de la plage et tout à pied

Un séjour reposant et coloré au centre de menton pour profiter de la fête du citron et des autres activités alentours, carnaval de Nice, musée océanographique de Monaco… Un très bon accueil et notre accès facilité par Philippe et Florentina. Merci beaucoup. Allez y les yeux fermés.
