Great house for a large group! Had all the amenities you could need. Close to Zion National Park and Kanab. Alex and Vanessa were very communicative and would definitely recommend staying at the house!

We had an AMAZING stay. Contact and communication with the host was easy. The property was easy to find. The place was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. All the amenities were great. The heated toilet seats in every bathroom were a pleasant suprise and now we want them in our own home lol. Would recommend this stay to anyone!!

The house was wonderful, very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was well thought out, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. Amazing mountain retreat near Zion!

We had a fantastic time with room to spread out and close to Zion National Park. Our kids loved the playroom in the basement and I loved the hot tub! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Spacious house with en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms made this a perfect house for our group. Hot tub and game room were relaxing and fun. Big kitchen accommodated all of us. Beautiful house!

Great multi generational family stay!!

This place was wonderful, loved the amenities, the fire pit and hot tub were amazing. It definitely fit our group of 10, the kids loved the basement with the games, we can’t say enough about this house. We saw turkeys and deer as well!

Amazing Property!

We love coming up to this area of Zion and staying here made it that much better! If you're not out hiking and enjoying nature, there's plenty to do here. We had an amazing time and we're glad we stumbled upon this property.

It was everything we expected in this house. Close to Zion and Bryce was 1.5 hours. So many smaller hikes around too. 12 people, ages 67-10.loved the Narrows and Red Hollow Slot Canyon. Belly of the Dragon was cool and lots of rock climbing for the younger adults and kids.Alex was very responsive with one very small problem. It was taken care of right away. House was very clean.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts

Our family of 10 stayed here for a week while visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. House was spacious, comfortable, and in a good location. Family enjoyed game room and lovely kitchen. So nice to have multiple long bed rooms as well as bunk room for the kids. Host very responsive.

Fantastic place to stay

We loved everything about this home - it was incredibly well stocked and comfortable with everything we could want. We all commented on how well we slept! The house is in a beautiful location - very convenient for day trips to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing family vacation.
