Summary:
Minutes from downtown Caldwell and the YMCA, this "Deco Duplex" is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and a perfect place to visit family, stay the night while traveling or a quick getaway for the weekend. Professionally designed to make your stay relaxing and stylish. You'll have everything you need in this home including an oversized 2 car garage.
The Space:
The Deco Duplex was inspired by the Empire State Building and Art Deco era of design. Professionly designed to incorporate vibrant colors, textures and patterns mixed with luxurious neutrals makes this house a home! The main floor is an open concept floorplan with extra tall ceilings to make it feel more spacious. With ample seating and a fully stocked kitchen you'll be able to cook eat and relax as a group. A nice retreat from downstairs, you go upstairs to find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and access to a washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests can have contactless access to the property via a keypad and custom code for each guest. There is plenty of parking in the shared driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet and small neighborhood. The Deco Duplex is located at the end of the street on a cul-de-sac.
Getting Around:
You'll have access to the garage and, a shared but, oversized driveway. Walking distance to the YMCA and Brother's park. Right behind Caldwell High School and minutes from CWI if visiting for graduations or special events.
Other Things to Note:
This is a townhome so there is one shared wall via the stairwell. It is also 2 stories with all bedrooms upstairs.

Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we're traveling away from home. We’re excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share!
