Either apartment can be reserved separately, or both can be shared by a group of guests. The property is located in a quiet and picturesque region that is close to many attractions in southern Chester County.

The unit is very comfortable with a great blend of historic details and modern art and touches. The bed was very comfortable and the efficiency kitchen was just what we needed. We wish that we had had more time to just relax and enjoy the unit more, but hopefully we will be back! We loved getting to visit with the goats and mini pony - they are hilarious and absolutely love their treats!

Quiet and clean stay. Very welcoming and pleasant host. The host went out of his way to personally come to the building and answer questions about the air conditioning at nearly 10 pm. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Very cool place in the country to stay. Very pastoral and calming. Farm animals in an adjoining pasture with treats provided. Due to day/night outdoor temperature variations, the host stopped by to ensure we had the correct thermostat settings for our comfort. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

This place was just what we were hoping for. Peaceful surroundings, close enough to Kennett Square and Longwood Gardens. We also appreciated the art that was around and it's meaningfulness that was conveyed.
