In the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone, sits La Palapa Penthouse #702; a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located in the most sought after building on Los Muertos beach.
Relax on the patio and take in the stunning panoramic views of Banderas Bay or head down the elevator and spend the day sipping margaritas on the beach. You will find all you are looking for in a dream vacation.
Our condo features all the comforts of home, including air conditioning throughout, wi-fi, flat screen tv, fully stocked kitchen, and safe-to-drink filtered water. You will also experience a seamless check-in process at the front desk, where they also offer concierge services. Housekeeping is provided each day, (except Sundays and national holidays) and there are several options for laundry service within blocks. One flight up is the rooftop pool with lounge chairs, bathrooms, and a shaded sitting area.
On the beach level of the building, you’ll find La Palapa Restaurant, a gourmet dining experience with live music at night and beach club service during the day. Exploring the city is easy, as the famed Malecon boardwalk, incredible restaurants, art galleries, markets and shops are just a short walk away.

Blue skies, sand & surf!

Our time spent here was absolutely wonderful! What could be better, blue skies everyday, perfect temperatures & great restaurants to choose from! The best restaurant is the one in this very building (La Palapa's) I would love to return here again someday!

Great location

The location is perfect. The view from the balcony is incredible. Maid service was excellent. The gentlemen at the lobby desk were very helpful and always available. We love this building it represents Mexican charm.
