This beautiful condo is located on the 12th floor with views like no other. Professionally decorated in a 'beach theme' with over 1600 sq ft. of living space. Large living room w/sleeper sofa, dining for 8, 2 bed/2 baths. Additional oversized chairs that pull out into a twin sleeper sofas, with......charging ports!!!! Relax and charge or nap and charge! Ready to go!

Royale Palms at Kingston Shores is the newest luxury condominium resort in Kingston Plantation. This 145 acre resort offers 24 hour gated security with a Hilton Hotel for added convenience.
This private residence is located at Kingston Plantation specifically at Royale Palms. When you arrive on property you will be required to pass a security gate and provide your stay dates and condo. The guards will issue you a hangtag which needs to remain in your vehicle during your entire stay. Without it you are at risk of being towed. The condo address will supplied 3 days prior to your arrival along with other instructions. When you arrive at the Royale Palms you may park in front and unload, luggage carts can be requested from security, park in the parking deck and unload. Your condo floor is the 1st or 1st 2 digits of your room #. Proceed to the condo where you will have a Smartlock on the door for entry(code will be supplied in your arrival instructions. Enter and enjoy!

Now walk onto the balcony and see the beautiful ocean! Enjoy!

You DO have access to the pool at the Royale Palms complex.

First of all, Julie and team are truly amazing people. Very professional, kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my family had a comfortable stay and good time. The property was beautiful and very clean. I personally loved the large balcony which has a beautiful view. The location is perfect as well. It’s right on the beach and only mins away from shopping and lots of family activities. I highly recommend this place and booking with Julie. You will not be disappointed!

Buyer beware

There is NO access to ANY of the pools except the one for the condo and it is not on the beach and blocked on three sides by buildings so it is in the shade. They advertised on the wbsite that you had "exclusive " use of hilton pools which is where the live music is as well as the bar and cocktail servers. But YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS. I sent a message to the property manager and they text back that they were aware that i would not have access. I had to send a screenshot of the listing that stated we would. As a result the refunded me a silly $300 on a $1900 bill. It is a lovely condo but you should know what your getting.

We totally admitted the mistake in the listing for your booking. We clearly explained that the Hilton changed policies last minute and access is no longer available, which is clearly stated in the listing and the rental agreement. This is an amazing condo within a beautiful beachfront community, the pool is very nice and the complex is steps to the beach. All we can say is mistakes happen and and we owned up to the oversight. This condo and location is beyond 5*'s as shown by all other guests and most did not have access to the Hilton Pool. Safe travels to your next destination.

Great condo!

The pictures truly don’t do it justice, we were shocked by how large the condo was, how beautifully it was decorated, and the cleanliness. We had 3 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. We loved having easy access to the beach, pools, the Hilton pool bar, Starbucks in the Hilton lobby - everything was so convenient! We never even left the resort during our recent MDW stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
