3 bedroom gorgeous home in Sv.Ivan

Near the town of Umag, on the coast, lies the former fishing village of Sv. Ivan. It has developed into a small resort. This terraced house is located just a few meters from the beach. Upon arrival at the house you can park your car in the garage. In the village you will find stores, restaurants and beaches for swimming are also available. From the terrace you have a view of the sea. On it you can hear the sound of the waves and the rustling of the trees as a contrast to the summer heat. In front of the house is a small garden and at the back you have the possibility to barbecue. Umag has a beautiful central square in the middle of town.
