Come stay at this luxurious beach retreat in Holden Beach, NC! This beautiful second row home features three bedrooms and three and a half baths and is perfect for those looking for a peaceful week at the beach with all of the comforts of home. This home has two carports on the ground floor, a deeded beach access directly across the street, a stunning updated kitchen, a front porch with an ocean view, and a cozy sitting room with a panoramic marsh view for the whole family.

The bedrooms in the home are finely appointed with new Stearns & Foster mattresses and Coop pillows that will be sure to leave you feeling refreshed each morning. The beds are made up with designer bedding and fine linens. The kitchen features a coffee station with a Keurig and several varieties of K-cup coffees that will help you get your day off to a good start. The living room has two large couches and a loveseat that provide ample room to spend quality time with family and friends when you are not out on the beach or exploring what Holden Beach has to offer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the third floor also has a half bath accessible to guests that is not connected to the bedroom. Each bathroom comes with oversized plush hotel-style bathroom towels as well as Moroccan Oil shampoo and conditioner. There are spacious decks facing the marsh on both the second and third floors, and the third floor has a deck facing the ocean complete with rocking chairs for maximum relaxation.

There are two carports under the home and there is room in the driveways to for an additional two vehicles, allowing enough parking space for four total vehicles. There is beach access that is deeded with the house, so you will be able to access the beach by walking across the street. The access is across the street and to the left of the home with the "Contentment" sign on the front of it. Be sure to use caution crossing the road to get there.
