Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte sehr gut, leider nur über die FEWO App. Das Appartment ist mit der Metro gut erreichbar und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Restaurants um die Ecke. Leider ist die Lage der Wohnung nicht sehr ruhig. Dafür gibts gegenüber einen kleinen Park mit einem Spielplatz.

Excellent location, good communication and very clean apartment. No check instructions and it wasn’t easy to find as it has no house number on the door. The cleaner heard us searching for it on the street outside and opened the door when I was trying to find a number to call, so it was all fine in the end. Check out was very easy.

Logement pas du tout à la hauteur du prix même pour Paris . Aucune ouverture extérieure du séjour , et seules solutions pour respirer , laisser la porte d’entrée ouverte (rez de chaussée) ou climatisation non réglable et assourdissante ( donc nuits étouffantes ) . Presque anecdotique : télé sans télécommande que nous avons réussi à bricoler, et thermostat douche bloqué sur bouillant . Bref à fuir

Agréable séjour à Montparnasse

L'appartement était idéal pour notre weekend à Paris; il y avait tout ce qu'il faut et le piano était un vrai plus pour mes filles. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, en plein coeur de Montparnasse, avec un choix de restaurants juste à côté.

Agréable mais bruyant

L'appartement est joliment décoré, fonctionnel, propre, parfait pour 2 ou 3 jours si vous êtes en famille. Le quartier n'est pas des plus touristiques mais il est plutôt calme. Une petite supérette se trouve dans la rue à 50m, et nous avons pu trouver de la place pour nous garer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite, de la réservation à la sortie. Seul bémol, c'était très bruyant... L'appartement étant sans doute un ancien commerce, les baies vitrées ont été conservées et si vous dormez dans le canapé lit, vous entendrez tous les bruits de la rue, les personnes qui parlent, la circulation, le camion des poubelles le matin, comme si vous étiez dans la rue... Nos filles par contre ont bien dormi dans la chambre. De plus, une porte en contreplaqué (fermée à clé) communique avec l'appartement à côté. On entend donc les gens rentrer, parler, c'est un peu bizarre... Hormis dans la chambre, il est impossible d'ouvrir les baies vitrées pour aérer, mais l'appartement comporte un climatisateur, ce qui n'était pas de trop car il faisait chaud dans l'appartement (pourtant non chauffé). Bref si vous cherchez un appartement dans Paris intra muros pas trop cher et sympa, je le recommande (mais prévoyez des boules Quies !).
