Plenty of room for our family of five, super friendly and accommodating hosts, beautiful backyard, every amenity you can think of provided in the home, 10 mins to closest beach. Plenty of hot water for the new shower upstairs, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood. Host and family were so kind and generous-we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, clean property with lots of space and natural light, Easy to get to from the airport, less than a 15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to see and less than 5 minutes from grocery stores. Amenities wise there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans and towels, just need to bring your shampoo and body wash. The perfect stay for our first time visiting the area.

We had a nice stay at this property, owners live next door and were lovely. Communication between host and I were easy and timely. House was clean and well decorated. We rented this home because of the pool, but did not know it was a shared pool between the host and us. The host were sweet and we enjoyed our stay, but I don’t know if I would have rented knowing it was shared amenities.

The house was very clean. The host was very communicative and very nice!! It was overall the stay was very nice. House is in a great location close to the wineries and downtown. The one thing that was hard was the shared pool and shared yard. Though the pool was listed shared we didn’t realize the yard was also shared. At times it was hard to be in the backyard due to the cigarette smoke. Overall would stay again knowing that we wouldn’t be in the yard.

The host is very kind and lovely to deal with. It is close to Newport which is a nice perk. There were a few things we wish we had known before booking. The house had a noticeable smoke smell and could benefit from a deep cleaning. We also didn’t realize that the backyard itself is shared. We knew the pool was shared, but were surprised when we checked in to find children playing in the backyard. At one point, they were peeking in the windows, so we kindly asked them to give us some privacy. After that, they were respectful and left us to enjoy the space.Overall, the host was wonderful to work with and the location is convenient, but the smoke smell, cleanliness, and lack of privacy in the outdoor space are worth knowing before booking.

The house was spacious and comfortable. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to beaches and downtown Newport. The owners were very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable about Newport and the surrounding area. Access to the pool was a lovely addition. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay and location

Fantastic stay in the heart of RI, closely located to Newport & Providence. Hosts were super friendly with all requests (live next door) The house was stocked with all the items we needed for a short trip. AC worked very well, and we enjoyed the large backyard with grill and pool. Would highly recommend for any families looking for a place to relax, while being central to local attractions.

Perfect place to stay in Middletown

We had a wedding in Middletown and the location was ideal. Close to everything on the island and the house was very clean. The owners were responsive when needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location

Great communication with owner. Location was perfect. We were able to Uber easily to major attractions allowing us to skip the challenges Newport can present with parking. House needs some minor maintenance but overall worked for our needs.
