This property was fantastic! Beautiful home, clean, nicely put together. The hot tub and pool were amazing. The hosts were incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend booking this property, you will not be disappointed.

Everything was as listed and pictured. Lots of space... Grandkids loved the pool and big setting/dash sunny room, as well as everyone else. Has everything you could need for preparing meals. We're recommending it to family. The price is excellent. You can even park in the garage!! Lots of things to do in town and close by. Good places to eat. Lots of history. Great stay!

The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family get together. The owner is very communicative and accommodating. The house is spacious and left nothing to be desired. The sun room and pool area are fantastic. We would definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

Beth and Mark are very gracious hosts who communicate timely and offer help with anything needed. They are very conscious about making your stay as comfortable possible to make for an awesome vacation. The pool is perfect for little kids and teenagers to play and have fun safely. Chillicothe offers unique and fun shopping with a wide variety of restaurant options. If you are looking for a small town experience with a comfortable house with options for entertainment, Beth and Mark's house is the place to stay!

So much fun!

We had a great time! This was the perfect spot for a long weekend get together with friends before the kids started school again! It was a perfect size with great big rooms for the kids to play and the pool was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Thansgiving was great!

Very lovely home and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the extras in the kitchen to help us cook a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner this year. Would definitely recommend this place if you have a large family.
