Nestled on a forested hillside near Sugarloaf Mountain, this charming tiny-house cabin blends modern comfort with natural beauty. Recently built in an industrial farmhouse style, Sugarloaf Hillside offers a private hot tub on an expansive deck, where you can soak up views of the woods and night sky. A short stroll leads you to Great Seal State Park, where hiking and biking trails feature stunning ridge-top views on either side of the cabin.

- Tecumseh! Outdoor Drama: Just an 8-minute drive to this popular reenactment.
- Chillicothe: 12-15 minutes to enjoy restaurants, bowling, and more.
- Hopewell Culture National Historical Park: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, just 15-20 minutes away.
- Ross Lake: Only 10 minutes away, ideal for kayaking and fishing.
- Other State Parks: Hocking Hills, Tar Hollow, and Pike Lake are all within 40 minutes.

Down the hall, a separate bedroom and bathroom offer privacy, while two cozy sleeping lofts with plush queen beds are accessible by ladder, adding a touch of adventure perfect for kids. Sunlight fills the cabin through 17 windows, framing serene forest views on all sides.
The cabin is fully stocked with everything you need, including:
- Essentials: Toiletries, bedding, towels, coffee, and kitchen essentials.
- Entertainment: WiFi, a smart TV with Prime, Hulu, and Disney+, board games, and an Echo Dot with Alexa.
- Charging Station: Equipped with multiple cord types for your devices.
Outdoor Perks
Enjoy a peaceful evening by the fire pit, complete with circular seating, or fire up the grill for an outdoor feast. Lounge on two comfortable chaise chairs by the hot tub, and relax on the deck furniture with your morning coffee while spotting local wildlife like deer and turkeys.
For some friendly competition, try the giant Connect 4 or cornhole sets! A disc golf set is also available in the cabin for use at the Great Seal State Park course.
**Additional Notes**
Winter Accessibility: 4WD is recommended in snow or icy conditions, as roads and the driveway may not be plowed.
Safety: The open lofts and ladders may not be ideal for very young children. A motion-activated security camera is located on the front porch only.
Water System: The cabin uses a rain-catchment system for water, so please bring bottled water for drinking. A filtered water pitcher is also provided.

Our family loves the outdoors! We frequently visit state and national parks to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. We built this cabin next to a state park because of our affection for the Great Seal and Hocking Hills state parks. Our hope is for our family, friends, and guests to enjoy this property and the surrounding areas for generations to come.
