Welcome to the beautiful, quaint southern town of Southport, NC. Enjoy a short walk or bike ride to the waterfront area to take in the beautiful view, or into town where you will find many small, unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. This one floor house is spacious with new furnishings and hardwood floors throughout. Your stay at this house will include 3 spacious bedrooms, large living room, remodeled kitchen with a nice dining area, large, screened porch, laundry room and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has been recently remodeled with double sinks, an oversize shower and a jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with comfortable seating. Enjoy eating outside on the screened porch that includes a dining table for 6 plus additional seating, and a gas grill just off the outside door. Books, games, & cards are available for both children & adults. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, filtered water, electric teapot, and coffee maker (single serve & 12 cup pot). Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage while seated in the rockers on the front porch. There is also a large laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are available for guests for your days at the beach. Tennis courts and a playground for children is just 1/2 mile at the end of the street. Parking is available in the paved driveway with a carport.

This was a very lovely, clean home and a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the back porch! The host was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Southport.

This house was perfect for us! We could easily walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The location is ideal! We even managed to catch both ferries, one to Bald Head Island and the other to Carolina Beach. The amenities exceeded our expectations; all we needed to bring to the beach were ourselves! The host provided chairs, coolers, and umbrellas.The only downside was that the internet connection was a bit slow.We will definitely be back! be back!

Neat as a pin - and great location!

This property is impeccably neat and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable, living room cozy, and kitchen lovely to cook in. The location is great – close to the ferry to bald head Island and also close to downtown Southport and the water. We recommend this place highly!

Great Place

We loved the house, the location and sitting on the screened in back porch drinking our coffee each morning. The house was very clean and was perfect for a nice time. The evening walk to downtown each evening for dinner was nice also.
