Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto lounge (fireplace). Bathroom and shower, separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed, cot) (2 single beds), shower room/WC. Covered outdoor area for al fresco dining/relaxing. GR (long-distance footpath) nearby. Mountain bikes available for exploring medium altitude mountains dotted with lakes (two of which are private). Fixed charge for cleaning: 40€. Bed linen can be supplied if required. Firewood: first wheelbarrow free, than 10€ per barrowful. Electric heating and space heaters. WIFI Internet access. 10km from Belley. Tranquility and calm above all
