The recently renovated apartment has a large terrace overlooking the courtyard, with no opposite views, which will allow you to enjoy fresh air and outdoor meals. Then, you will find a spacious kitchen-dining room. Its large openings and the ceiling height of the dining room make it a very pleasant place. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, an automatic bean coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. It is open to the large dining room table where you can gather for moments of sharing and savour good meals. Finally, you will find the living room, a cosy corner ideal for a moment of relaxation in front of the television.
Located in a small, quiet co-ownership, the triplex has 7 bedrooms and has been designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 adults, and 2 to 5 children (bunk beds are not suitable for adults). On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and light green colours, which provide an atmosphere conducive to rest. On the first floor, three other bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, the second with a bunk bed and a child-friendly atmosphere, and finally the last one with two bunk beds and a single bed, which will delight children who will enjoy gathering there. Finally, on the top floor, two other bedrooms with a large double bed await you.
For even more comfort, the accommodation has two bathrooms, a bathroom, two separate toilets, a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as the possibility of parking a car. If needed, childcare equipment is available: (travel cot, high chair, changing table, stair gates...)
