Private villa within a residential community, featuring a shared swimming pool exclusively for residents.
A spacious, fully covered terrace featuring a cozy living area and dining space, a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen that opens to the entire ground floor, a TV room, and a bedroom for two with an en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with its own bathroom.
The villa is designed with wooden shutters instead of glass windows, allowing for excellent ventilation while preventing odors and dampness.
Every detail has been carefully considered to make you feel at home, with everything you need at your disposal—from the toaster to the oven, including the refrigerator and microwave. The villa is also equipped with an inverter and batteries to handle occasional power cuts, keeping the lights and fan running.
A true atmosphere of relaxation and vacation awaits you.
Additional information
Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.
For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.
Additional conditions,
- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kWh), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.
- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the villa in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

Home was centrally located we could walk everywhere. Beach, restraunts/ bars and around town. Had such a great secluded yards. We felt very safe. And host was very responsive.I would stay here agian.
L’entretien des lieux est bien, mais nous avions souvent des cucarachas à l’intérieur. Des chaises et divan extérieur sans coussin et peut être une chaise longue auraient été appréciés. Par contre la cuisine est très bien équipée et nous avons apprécié le BBQ.
Tout d’abord, il faut savoir que la maison est charmante, c’est un beau site, l’entretien est bien réalisé. Par contre, dès notre arrivée nous avons été mis au courant par d’autres résidents du fait de coupures d’eau fréquentes (le problème était donc connu). Après quelque jours, nous notons effectivement des pannes d’eau de durée variable, nous avions comme information que l’origine du problème n’était pas encore connu. Le problème a connu une détérioration à un point tel que nous avions de l’eau seulement 3 à 4 heures par jour à un certain moment (pas d’eau pour vidanger la toilette, se laver, laver la vaisselle, faire le lavage etc). Un problème de nuisible (cafards) a aussi été noté au fil des jours (1 à 2par jour), pour ce problème, nous avons eu de l’assistance relativement rapidement, fumigation extérieur et pose de pièges. Bref pour en revenir au problème d’eau, nous avons exigé après environs 4 semaines un remboursement ou a être relocalisé. VRBO nous a offert une assistance adéquate et le locateur nous a offert une nouvelle location sans frais supplémentaire ainsi que de l’aide via un transport pour nous acheminer vers une nouvelle maison pour conclure notre séjour. Noter que cette maison était vraiment de plus haut niveau et qu’il s’agissait d’une compensation que nous avons apprécié. Le problème ne pouvait être résolu par notre locateur (histoire de syndic de condo). Donc si le problème d’eau et de nuisible est résolu, il s’agit d’une très bonne location.

Nous souhaitons vous informer que, depuis lors, les problèmes d’approvisionnement en eau ainsi que de nuisibles ont été entièrement résolus. La situation de l’eau a été définitivement corrigée par l’administration du condominium, et des mesures préventives continues ont été mises en place afin d’éviter toute réapparition d’insectes.
Aujourd’hui, la propriété fonctionne normalement et offre les conditions de confort attendues.
