The "Holiday Weinberg" is in a preferred location about 40 meters above the city. The neighborhood is very quiet because the parking lot is also the end of the path, there is no through traffic.

We love the moment when we first look downwards after arriving. From the parking lot you have a unique view. The terrace residential complex in Bauhaus style nestles against the mountain. The apartment is in the upper part of the complex and offers great views from windows and from the balcony.

This family-friendly vacation home is your home for relaxing days in the beautiful Bad Lauterberg. The approx. 60m² apartment is located on the edge of the forest, nestled between two mountains (Hausberg and Kummelberg) at the starting point of very nice hiking routes. And at the same time only about a 10-15 minute walk from the popular shopping street.

As a climatic spa, Bad Lauterberg offers excellent conditions for outdoor activities. The hiking routes start right outside your door. In addition, with the well-known Vitamar and the Kirchberg thermal baths, it has two baths that offer everything from bathing fun to wellness and relaxation.

Very tasty and varied restaurants invite you if you don't want to take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.

Finally Bad Lauterberg has acquired the reputation of a popular shopping city. The traffic-calmed main street invites you to stroll and stop in one of the well-known cafés, ice cream parlors or restaurants.

The apartment is divided into the bedroom (bed 180x200cm) with a cot (70x140 cm), kitchen, shower / toilet, hallway and the spacious living area. There are two very comfortable, fully-fledged wall beds (90x180cm) that can be folded up during the day to save space.

In total there are 4 full beds plus 1 cot. If necessary, 1-2 additional people can be accommodated on the sofa bed. Bed linen is included for five nights or more, please bring a small sheet and sleeping bag for the cot yourself. With.

The bathroom is freshly renovated with a walk-in shower.
The bedroom is also freshly renovated and completely new.

Relax on the sunny, furnished balcony with warm wooden floors. The view of the valley over Bad Lauterberg is uniquely beautiful. For children there is a sandpit (play shell) with molds, buckets, shovels etc.

All sockets are equipped with child locks. There are also children's toys, board games, a high chair and a Stokke Tripp-Trapp.

There is an HD television with cable TV, a Blu-Ray and DVD player, books, a hi-fi system and board games.

We offer you a high-speed cable internet connection with stable 10MBit / s. Wifi use is of course free.

Otherwise, very good network coverage (4G) for Telekom, E-Plus and providers who use their networks. Vodafone has a weaker reception.

The apartment has a parking space in front of the door. Access to the apartment door is via four steps.

If you want to learn how to prepare a real espresso, you can practice it on our portafilter machine. We would be happy to send you a small manual. Fresh beans are replenished at the craft roaster in the valley.

Energy efficiency / environment:
You are vacationing in a "green" apartment. The central heating was converted to condensing technology. The new windows from Schüco provide excellent insulation and keep the apartment warm. The roof was recently completely renovated and energetically renovated.
For your convenience: We activate our "smart" heating in advance via the Internet, so that you can come to a warm apartment even in the cold seasons.

We use the apartment with our young children. In addition, many families rent from us, precisely because it is an apartment without smell of smoke and without animal hair.

Pets are therefore unfortunately not allowed in the apartment and smoking is strictly prohibited.

Please go outside if you have a craving for a cigarette. Pets are not allowed in the entire facility. Please understand. In the event of non-compliance, you will bear the costs of removing smoke and hair from the home.

Getting there:
You can best reach us in your own car. You can drive right up to the door. An arrival by train is also possible -> 15 min taxi from Barbis train station (district of Bad Lauterberg). Everything is within walking distance on site if you are reasonably good on foot. The apartment is about 40m above the city center.


Bad Lauterberg, as a health resort, charges a visitor's tax of € 2.20 per person / night, which the guest registers in the spa house independently.
