Nice apartment by the sea

The flat is functional and in a perfect position, close to the beach and to restaurants, bars etc. Easy parking on the road in low and mid season.

UNA BELLA VISTA MARE

Abbiamo apprezzato che si trattasse di una mansarda ,ma senza ascensore ci è risultato un pò gravoso. La vista del mare ci ha gratificati, comunque.Vorrei segnalare inoltre che la cannella del lavandino in cucina dava solo un filo d'acqua,La doccia del bagno perdeva acqua.Non ci è stato detto dove collocare i rifiuti.Una pulizia iniziale molto scarsa.Ho dovuto lavare tutto il pavimento dopo aver comprato lo straccio.La pulizia delle scale scadente.Casa piuttosto rumorosa. Puzzo di fogna.

Lo sporco e l'incuria la fanno da padrone...

Unica nota positiva il panorama,il resto,l'appartamento era sporco,tende piene di polvere,sui cuscini del divano non parliamone..in casa c'era una puzza di fogna allucinante,tanto che ci hanno cambiato appartamento(per fortuna),ma anche il secondo appartamento era sporco da far schifo(anche più del primo),in più la lavatrice non funzionava e ci hanno dovuto lasciare le chiavi dell'altro appartamento per poter fare il bucato,filtri del climatizzatore con 2 cm di polvere sopra...mai più!!!!!!

In order to resolve the issue concerning the smell and where it was originating from, an alernative apartment was offered. We regret that due to this accommodation having been closed up for the season for the previous 10 days, that it did not fulfill our cleanliness promise. Nevertheless, we can assure you that all of the mentioned issues have now been fully resolved and all of our properties are carefully cleaned and saitized.

Small apartment house in a perfect position on the seaside. Simple interiors but with a nice view, AC, wifi and washing machine. Nice vacation!

A due passi dal mare

Posizione splendida direttamente sulla spiaggia e sulla pista ciclabile. Parcheggio gratuito sulla strada (tranne luglio ed agosto) e molti ristoranti e bar vicino a casa. Arredamento semplice ma funzionale.
