Perfect for large families! We have rented beach houses for years, and the whole vacation experience is good or bad depending on the comfort of the house. We have setup our house to give you a great experience, and we treat you the way we want to be treated. Comfort, comfort, comfort.

Family getaway

Once a year we try to get together with our adult children. This home was the perfect spot. Plenty of room to be together and to spread out if needed. Beautiful views, hot tub was great as well as the outdoor fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Property

Everything was perfect. Great communication with Owner. Could go on and on about how great the house was - felt lucky to be able to rent and share quality family time when back “home”. Without a doubt would rent again and again and again.

They even washed the linens and remade the beds! Our cleaning crew showed up and couldn't believe how clean and orderly the house was. What a blessing! I highly recommend John and his family to others.

Support local charities for food bank, free meals, scholarships, mental health, etc. They rent their house infrequently. They share their comfortable home when they travel to the beach or other getaways. Their goal is to make your vacation happy, stress-free, and relaxing.

Why they chose this property

The location is on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with mostly 2nd home owners for neighbors, which means you may not see many people nearby. Easy access to 7 ski resorts: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mt., Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek. Keystone is about 10 miles away. Breck/Copper/Loveland are about 20 miles. Vail is about 30 miles. Summertime hiking out the back door, community trails connect to the Eagles Nest Wilderness area. Lots of wonderful hiking. The Blue River is just down the hill, and there is a paved biking/walking trail that runs along the river which goes to the Outlet Mall, restaurants, Dillon Lake, Frisco, Dillon, Breck, Copper, Vail Pass, Keystone. The Raven golf course is the foundation of our neighborhood development. It turns into cross-country skiing in the winter.

What makes this property unique

Quiet locations near ski areas, family-oriented neighborhood with golf/nordic center, community hiking trails immediately adjacent to the backyard property line, snowshoeing right out the door. Comfortable common areas for visiting, peaceful mountain getaway. Frequent deer & fox visits (almost daily), occasional moose & bear visits. Backyard in summer has garden with patios, picnic table, views of The Thorne & Red Peak.
