Bathroom and kitchen have been renovated two years ago.
A dishwasher is available, the washing machine is in the own cellar.
There is Wi-Fi, Tel.Port, TV, laminate floor.
The bedroom has a double bed of 1.80m, sofa bed in the living room one of 1,37m. (Enough for one adult or 2 small children)
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet 8-apartment building. Lämmerspiel is surrounded by forest.
For expressway there are 800m, the motorway exit Obertshausen about 7 minutes.
The airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car or in 34 minutes of continuous S8 / 9 from Mühlheim (Park and Ride spaces available).
For S-Bahn Mühlheim to get to 4km, to the S-Bahn OF-Waldhof after 2km.
After Innenstadt in 20 minutes by train or 25 minutes by car. The show is about 30 tram-minutes away.

Genau wie beschrieben

Ich war zu Fortbildungszwecken in der Gegend und musste täglich nach Frankfurt. Das war aufgrund der guten Anbindung an das ÖPNV auch sehr leicht möglich, die Nahversorgung ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr komfortabel und ordentlich. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm umd problemlos. Gerne wieder!

Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an gut und die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die wichtigsten Dinge sind vorhanden (Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, etc.) Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne großzügige 2-Zi-Wohnung - entsprach exakt den Fotos aus der Anzeige.

Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, liebevoll vorbereitet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Von der Einrichtung und Ausstattung her hat es an nichts gefehlt - vor allem auch in der gut ausgestatteten Küche. Das Bad und Küche sind innenliegend ohne Fenster und Tageslicht, aber das hat uns für den Aufenthalt nicht gestört. Wir haben uns dort zu Zweit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet.

Tolle Wohnung!

Einen Super-Griff habe ich hier getan, als ich für eine Seminarwoche eine nette Unterkunft suchte. Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem schnell zu erreichen, unkomplizierte Vermieterin bez. Ankunfts- und Abreiseuhrzeit, sogar mit Waschmaschinennutzung, Fön, Mikrowelle, etc. Einziger winzig-kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, so hört man gelegentlich die Geräusche der Mitmieter. Alles in allem aber absolut empfehlenswert! Sollte ich nochmals hier in der Ecke ein Seminar besuchen, würde ich ohne weiter rumzusuchen, direkt wieder hier buchen. Danke für den prima Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet: große Zimmer, schöne Einrichtung, komplette Küchenausstattung. Eine ideale Lösung für Frankfurt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Nice, safe, quiet location!

Located in a quiet suburb of Frankfurt (20 minute drive). You will need a rental car but there are no problems finding curbside parking at this rental. The apartment building is safe as it requires a key to enter the stairway. The landlord speaks English fluently and was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Since we traveled with carry on luggage only, this location was ideal as it had a washer and dryer located in the basement. A telephone is also provided. The wi-fi was another critical need during our stay and it worked great and without issue. A table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the courtyard were used to enjoy the weather. There were some of the usual apartment complex neighbor noises heard, but they were not an issue unless you are hyper-sensitive. All in all a great place to stay that I would recommend!

Almost like home

Nice clean, spacious and bright flat completely equipped with all you need to feel like home. Unbeatable price/value factor. Very friendly and responsive landlord. Bed/matresse a little on the weak side and it's good you familiar with German traffic rules coz you need a for sure a car to get you around. Will definitely recommend further. Had a great time :-)
