Located in the Domaine de Ste Anne Residence, in the Grière district of La Tranche-sur-Mer, this 34m² holiday cottage for 4 people features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave/grill, 2 electric hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV.
A separate bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a closet. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and a separate toilet.
An attic mezzanine with 2 bedrooms, each with a 90cm single bed, as well as a play area and storage shelves.
A paved and fenced terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a gas barbecue, and 2 sun loungers.
You can also enjoy the shared swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September, as well as free private parking and direct access to the beach through the forest, just 500m from the rental. This rental has been awarded two Clévacances. Pets are not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenants.

Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
