over 9 hectares. Each chalet is equipped with a kitchen with electric
stovetop, refrigerator, microwave/grill, and dishwasher, a living room
with a sofa bed, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and sink, as well
as toilets and a terrace with outdoor furniture. A large number of
services and activities are offered, such as a bowling alley, table
tennis, multi-sports fields, a children's playground, barbecue, pools,
and even a kids' club open in July-August.

Many hiking trails on foot, horseback, or mountain bike are available
near the residence. The region is rich in historical, cultural, and
architectural heritage, with sites like Collonges la Rouge, Curemonte,
