I grew up in the Miami Valley region and I love this area and the season changes! I have always enjoyed culture and the arts, interior design and hosting friends and family in my personal home! Deciding to become a host was a natural extension of my love to design spaces that someone would enjoy living in! I try to do my best to upgrade, and add new amenities that I think guests would enjoy during their stay.
Why they chose this property
I loved that this one on a quiet street with a nice size backyard, but also really close to restaurants, shopping, the airport, as well as I-70 which gives you quick access to the whole Dayton area!
What makes this property unique
The home is updated and has all the amenities you may need during your stay! Feel free to park in the garage, or enjoy a small fire in the firepit in the backyard. The family room has a new sectional, and is a great place to spend the evening relaxing, playing a game or watching a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, or if you are a coffee enthusiast there is a drip coffee maker, Keurig or espresso maker! The home gets a lot of light during the day especially in the front room and kitchen.
